Day 2 Part 1– Saturday – August 16th

MacBeth sighed heavily as he set the glass down beside the bed and set her back down on the mattress.  Trini groaned in protest to the movement.  It was the first real indication that she noticed him at all.  "Lass, I really don't know what else I can do for you."  He picked up the glass and walked past the row of three fans blowing the air over Trini's body and out the window.  It was helping a little with the pheromones that were thick in the air.

His phone rang so he set the glass down and moved to the other side of the large bed.  The phone sat on that nightstand.  "Hello?"

After a moment of silence he spoke again.  "Hello?"

He hung up shortly after that but started to smile.  "I have over a dozen homes all across the world, but I get the feeling that Demona knows where to start looking now."

He then picked the phone up and made a call of his own.  He watched as Trini moved a little restlessly to his voice.  "Dylan, if a redheaded woman asks about me, call me as soon as she leaves."  He paused and the sound of another male speaking barely carried to Trini.  "I want her to find me.  She should be getting into town tomorrow."

The enemy forces flooded in the gates and Trini felt real fear as they held up swords and started to engage the castle guards.  After a moment of frozen terror she moved forward with her sword in hand to try and keep the enemy from gaining complete access to the castle.  They needed to hold them at the gate as long as possible.  The archers split their attention between shooting at the invaders coming in the gate and those not yet there.  Trini raised her sword to block a wild swipe to her head from a man that looked like Owen.  When she returned that swipe, with plenty of force, if not real accuracy, she was horrified to feel his flesh give way.  He fell bonelessly to the ground spilling his red blood from a deep gash in his side. Trini only had a moment to grieve her having to kill him before another warrior took his place.  Her moment of distraction cost her in the form of a cut to her upper arm.  It wasn't a deep wound, but the pain pulled her out of her haze and she started to battle with everything she had.  She sliced at anyone wearing black that was around her.

"Trini, Behind you!"  The male that taught her how to hold a sword yelled over the din of clashing metal and she reacted immediately by kicking out behind her and spinning with her sword out.  It caught her female attacker in the neck and she watched in stunned silence as her head flew from her body.

"Andrea?"  Her voice was broken with shock and tears that threatened to fall.  Her friend's head landed a few feet away and seemed to stare at her in shock before a warriors boot hit it on accident, sending it rolling towards the castle wall.  "Oh God."  Trini didn't see the blade aimed at her back but the loud clash of swords so close to her brought her back to the battle.  The male that had warned her was fighting with the man that attempted to use Trini's distraction to his advantage.

She noticed another warrior targeting the male that saved her so she moved to engage her stepfather in battle.  There were no words as she fought.  Her eyes narrowed as she glared at him.  Her stance became more controlled and once she found an opening she didn't hesitate to take it.  She stabbed him in the heart and then ducked a blow to her head while she tried to pry her sword out from between his ribs.  She kicked Lori into her clan and one of the gargoyles gutted her quickly.  Trini pulled firmly on the sword and finally got it back.  A quick glance to the sky showed that there were no airborne gargoyles around yet.  The castle clan was at least able to hold that part of the captain's forces back.

The ground was slippery with blood but there seemed no end to the onslaught of warriors coming in the castle gates.  She watched helplessly as the male that had saved her life earlier was skewered with a sword and fell to the ground to join the other dead.  That distraction was all it took.  The woman with half her head shaved moved forward to engage Trini.  Trini's eyes widened in shock as Elisa grinned at her maliciously and held her sword out to fight.  She took a step back not wanting to fight her ex-lover like this.  Trini glanced around helplessly for anyone else to trade with, but that was when she realized that she'd been cut off from the rest of her forces.  She was surrounded by the enemy, although most of them were engaged in fighting the castle guards and the remaining gargoyles.

"Come on Trinity.  Show me what you've got."  Elisa taunted her while stepping closer.  The voice was rougher, harsher, than the real Elisa.  She was so focused on Elisa she didn't see the hilt of the sword aimed at her temple.  She went down quickly and the blackness engulfed her.

Trini's eyes opened slowly.  She didn't hear the sound of clashing swords anymore.  The vision she got when she looked around made her wish she'd remained unconscious for longer.  There were stacks of the dead along the castle walls, and the dirt ground was moist with blood.  The captain stepped into the castle gates with her two generals at her side and glanced around with a self satisfied smile.  No one leapt to fight her.  The castle had fallen.

Trini tugged at her arms, determined to end this and save the survivors that she noticed were all in chains.  Her own chains proved too strong.  She was laying in the stinking dirt staring quietly, so as not to draw the captain's attention to her.  She continued to try and loosen the chains.

"Well, look at this."  The captain walked over to the chained humans.  There were no gargoyles around.  Trini glanced around and found all the gargoyles that fought beside her were dead and stacked by the wall.  "This one looks like you Fox."  Trini growled low in her throat as she watched her double caress the healer's cheek while the healer tried to flinch away.  "We have to take this one with us."  The captain spoke as if she were shopping and found a great new toy.  It made Trini cringe.

The enemy's Elisa stepped closer to the healer and used some sort of marker on Fox's forehead.  The captain just nodded and smiled at her while moving down the row of prisoners, of which there were a lot.  Some received marks and comments, and others were merely looked over.  Trini watched the procession in horrified fascination.  She was chained to the wall behind her rather than to other prisoners.  She laid across from the action and could see it all.   Elisa and Andrea received marks.  Trini had never even seen the castle's Andrea here.  David got a mark, as well as Owen.  There were some others that Trini knew she recognized, but just couldn't place at that moment.

Where were the clan?  Trini felt a wave of panic.  Did they all die?  She couldn't hear any wings in the distance.  She was so lost in this despair that she didn’t notice the feet in front of her until one moved to kick her lightly in the ribs.  "Well, I hear you actually fought bravely.  Who would have thought it?"  The captain's voice held contempt.  Trini glanced up at her.  The short haired Fox smirked down at her.  The shaved Elisa moved forward and marked Trini's forehead.  "You are mine now.  I offered you a place by my side, but since that wasn't fitting enough for you, you can have a place at my feet."

Trini swallowed to try and speak but her voice was raspy as she barely managed it.  "What are you planning?"  She didn't like the system of marks and no marks.  It meant something.

The captain smirked at her and her voice held a seductive purr.  "You've been selected as a slave.  So have many of the others."  The captain glanced around the quiet castle dwellers.  Their guards kept them in line easily.  "Those deemed unworthy of that honor will be spared as long as they continue to fear me and send forth their crops.  If they refuse to pay for their safety, I will return and just kill them all."  The ruined wings of the captain moved to cape her body as she squatted down beside Trini.  "Also if the slaves refuse to behave, I can use this as leverage.  You know how this game is played.  You've played it before, but unlike you, I am willing to follow through on my threats."

Trini paled as she looked into her double's cold eyes.  "The gargoyles?"  She forced herself to ask, scared of the answer.

The captain and her Fox both grinned.  "We've taken those that survived into custody.  It's harder to make a gargoyle a slave, but we will try."  Trini flinched as the captain reached out to caress her hair.  That only made the captain's grin grow wider.  "I have Delilah and Demona.  You will get to see them again.  I also managed to take Goliath alive, along with several others.  Maybe you will enjoy the lessons I teach that large male.  I'll let you watch.  I'll let you watch everything."

The captain and her people moved away from Trini and ignored her as they started to move those picked as slaves.  They chained them all to a long and sturdy chain.  Trini watched helplessly as the castle Elisa was hit when she didn't comply fast enough, and the caresses the captain gave the healer had David leaping at her in anger.  He was knocked unconscious and thrown in back of a wagon.  The healer looked terrified.  His attempted attack at least seemed to cool the captain's lust.  She left Fox alone after that and just focused on the business of preparing to leave.  Trini was left where she was until the wagons and the prisoners were ready to go.  She was then unlatched from the wall by a large male and carried to the wagon.  He tossed her in and Elisa fastened her chains to the wagon walls.

The cold eyed Elisa stayed in the wagon with her as they started to move.  Trini could hear the captain giving her orders and the sound of clinking chain as the prisoners moved to follow the various wagons of stolen property.

Trini groaned and tried weakly to pull away from MacBeth as he tried to get her to drink again.  "She's a monster.  Oh, God… how can I stop her?  How can I be such a monster?"  She muttered desperately in her sleep.  MacBeth moved to set her down on the mattress when she seemed determined to worm her way out of his arms.  He stared at her with concerned eyes.

"What is going through you head lass?  What is going on?"  He asked quietly while staring at her scared expression and noticed the tears creeping out of her eyes.

"I'm a monster."  She sounded so broken, so weak and beaten.

"Oh Trinity."  MacBeth sighed while he moved the hair off her forehead.  He stared at her closed eyes.  "It sounds like you're battling some demon's of your own."

The rocking of the boat made Trini feel a bit ill.  They'd driven the wagons right onto the boat and left Trini inside.  The change of guard was disturbing.  She now had Fox staring at her while Elisa did other errands for the captain.

"You look so much like her."  Fox's eyes traveled over Trini's bound body hungrily.  The redhead then crawled closer and leered openly at her, while Trini lay on her back helplessly.  Fox gently placed her hand between Trini's breasts and stared down at her, while holding her in place, even though Trini couldn't move with the chains holding her to the wagon.  Fox licked her lips seductively.  "but you don't act like her.  You're soft.  I want to try soft."

Trini stared helplessly at her.  "You would actually rape me?"  Her heart was pounding.

Fox's wicked grin was familiar and yet colder.  "It's only rape if you don't want it.  I could make you want it so badly you'd let me take you in the middle of a crowded room.  I could make you beg for my touch in front of all our prisoners, and you wouldn't care."  Fox leaned down to whisper in Trini's ear.  "I could make you so eager for release that you'd take that little healer just to please me, and swallow her cries of pleasure with your hungry lips."

Trini gritted her teeth and tried to ignore how Fox's seductive purr was affecting her.  Fox could read her the phone book in that voice and she'd ache for the fey.  This was horrible.  Trini could see some truth in Fox's words.  She had to be stronger than this.  This woman was just a perversion of her lover, not the real Fox.

The dark clad Fox gave her a satisfied and smug grin while moving back to her place on the opposite side of the wagon and watched her.  Trini stared up at the ceiling and tried to pull up some magic.  It wasn't working.  The enemy had magic and she had none.  The captain and her soldiers knew how to fight and she didn't.  She didn't even really understand what was going on.  She was so far behind, she was worried she'd never catch up.  She just wanted to wake up now, before she had to endure whatever the captain had in mind.

Her prayers for consciousness went unanswered.  Trini was dragged out of the wagon.  She glanced around the gloomy island.  The clouds blocked the sun but it wasn't raining.  The air was cold and she wished she was wearing her pants.  Gargoyle skin took cold much better than her human skin did.  Two gargoyles in black marched her down a path, with plants and trees along both sides.  She could see in the distance that the humans were going into a different building.  All the buildings on this island were made of logs and looked primitive.  Her progress was a bit slow as the chains on her feet slowed her walking, but the gargoyles didn't rush her.

Fox had left as soon as the wagon stopped, probably to go check in with the captain or oversee the prisoners' movement.  Trini was actually grateful to see her go.

The blonde on her left looked like the gargoyle that Trini saw die in battle, the one with blonde hair and large horns.  The other gargoyle was Angela.  Trini found her eyes traveling to the female's dark clothes and no nonsense walk.  Her eyes held no friendliness.

Once she entered the larger building she could see the royal throne being placed at the raised end of the large room.  The sound of her own voice startled her and she turned to see the captain walking into the room.  "I saw that in the castle and thought it was fitting to take it.  I am the queen of this hell forsaken island.  I might as well have a throne."

Trini just stared at the woman.  She was no longer in her battle gear.  She was dressed in a robe with her torn wings caping her over it.  She walked with a quiet strength, rather than the arrogance that she'd shown on the battlefield.

"What?  Nothing to say?  How do you like this island?  It rains here most days, the wind is cutting cold, and the plant life grows at an incredible rate, trying to squeeze me and my people out."  The captain's eyes flashed red as she motioned to Trini's guards and they grabbed her and forced her to walk faster towards the throne.  "I'm going to be dealing with a few matters.  You will get to see what a leader's life is like.  You will be chained at my feet.  That is the place I told you that you'd have."

Angela took the ends of the chains and attached them to some hooks in the floor.  Trini couldn't get up any higher than to sit on her knees.  She chose to sit cross legged on the cold floor.  She was just to the right of the throne and close enough for the captain to be able to touch her while she sat there.  Trini entertained the idea of attacking, but with her being chained up like that, even if she got one good blow in, she'd get hurt much worse.

The captain smirked at her.  "Would you like a pillow?  That floor must be cold."

Trini stared at her warily, before finally speaking.  "Why are you doing this?  You should let the prisoners go."

"You need to see where I live."  The captain growled.  "You run about throwing your love around like a precious gift, but you don't know the meaning of the word.  You jump from bed to bed hoping to find the woman that will make you whole, but you'll never be whole!  You are broken, damaged goods Trinity!"

"Shut Up!"  Trini yelled loud enough to echo off the walls.  Her own eyes blazed red.  "You are a fucking monster.  You look like the walking dead, and have no soul!  Don't talk to me about broken, have you even looked in a mirror!"

The force of the slap knocked Trini to the floor.  The captain glared down at her and her voice was deceptively calm.  "I am what you made me.  Everything that you don't like to see when you look at me is your fault!"  A noise outside the door drew the captain's attention and Trini took that moment to sit up again.  Her cheek stung where she'd been slapped.  "You will be silent during these proceedings."  The captain's voice held a sharp command as she sat down on her stolen throne.  Trini stared up at her defiantly but didn't speak.  A cruel smile crossed the captain's lips.  "Come here and lean your head on my leg, like a good little pet."  Trini flinched away at that.  The captain's eyes narrowed.  "You may think I'm a disgusting monster, but I don't smell.  Get over here now!"

Trini slowly, hesitantly obeyed.  It stretched her chain to the limit.  She fully expected to be hit once she was in range.  She cringed at she leaned her head on the captain's leg.

"You hate me so much this is a pain for you, isn't it?"  The captain spoke softly while she reached out to pet Trini's hair.  Trini stared out at the incoming captured gargoyles and felt real shame.  Her double had reduced her to the status of a pet dog.  The caresses to her hair made her cringe, but the captain continued to do it distractedly while watching some of the surviving members of Goliath's clan being dragged in wearing chains.  Trini's heart ached to see Demona trying to maintain her dignity while stumbling due to her leg chains.  Delilah glared at the captain with pure hate in her eyes while being forced to her knees before the throne, along with Demona and Goliath.  All three had gags in their mouths.  There were several dark clad gargoyles in the hall, to help control these three.

Goliath glanced at her and his eyes held sympathy.  Trini just nodded, barely, to acknowledge his concern.  She then stared out past the clan to give herself a moment to control the tears of shame.  She hated that Demona and Delilah were seeing her like this.  The constant petting of her hair irritated her, but she dare not protest.  She took a deep breath to calm down.

The sarcastic tone of the captain's voice as she addressed Trini made her feel even more like nothing but a pet.  "Trini, I told you the castle would fall, and here we are.  I've captured the mighty Goliath and his bitch."  The fingers in her hair grabbed and pulled her closer when she tried to pull away.  "That's right, that Demona is his bitch.  He fucks her probably ever other night, and she likes it."

Goliath started to growl, so a guard moved up behind him and hit him hard in the back of the head with a club.  Not enough to knock him unconscious, but Trini could see the blood.  The captain continued as if nothing had happened, and Trini felt each word slice her like a knife.  "Demona here would do anything for her mate, and given a chance, after a thousand years of solitude and a month of your love, she'd probably still bend over for him if he showed the least bit of interest.  She spent a thousand years dreaming of his return.  Why would she settle for you?  Is it just because there was no one else?  Would she have gone with a half human freak if she had ANY other choices?"

Trini's face was red in shame and she hid her eyes from the speculative looks that all three gargoyles were giving her.  The captain was just trying to break her.  It wasn't true.  It couldn't be true.  Her Demona loved her.

The captain leaned down a bit closer to Trini's head.  "Look at that male.  Just look at him."  Trini was forced to comply when the iron grip in her hair moved her head up.  "I'll admit I have no more appreciation for the male form than you do, but you have got to admit he's built like a god."  The captain glanced around and spoke to the nearest gargoyle.  "Loincloth."  He moved forward and ripped the loincloth off of Goliath's kneeling form.  His hands were bound behind his back and he couldn't stop them.  Trini watched the flush of shame come to his own cheeks, and felt a wave of pity for him.  The captain was treating him like this to make a point to Trini.  Still, Trini couldn't help but find her eyes drawn to the male's sex.  It was as wide as her forearm and just as long.  The captain spoke in a deceptively gentle voice.  "If she had that to play with, why would she want you?  Because you're such a great lover?  You aren't.  Because you would jump into hell to save her?  If she were his he'd do the same thing, but he'd be strong enough to rescue her.  He wouldn't let a half dozen human males rape her.  He wouldn't meekly hope for a miracle, he would fight.  He would never hurt her because he was ordered to.  I could demand he rape her right now, in front of all of us, and he would chose death before doing that to his love."  Trini felt like she'd been kicked in the stomach.  Her breathing became shaky as the tears finally fell.  The captain leaned closer and spoke in a whisper that was still loud enough for everyone to hear.  "You are a coward, you are a disgrace, and you are clearly inferior to him.  Elisa knew it, and Demona knows it… she just hasn't told you."

Trini stared down at the floor in front of the gargoyles, unwilling to look at any of them.  The captain leaned back and spoke to the male while petting Trini's hair absently again.  "Perhaps I'll test my theory.  See if you'd put on a show for my Trinity here.  I'm sure she'd love to see how you use that tool between your legs."

Trini whispered out her protest.  "Don’t."  The growl from the captain and the grip in her hair showed her it was a mistake to talk.

"I gave you one order.  Don't talk!"  The captain got off her throne and moved to slap Trini hard again, knocking her to the ground.  She then tensely sat back down.  "Head on thigh."  She patted her own leg, demanding that Trini retake her post.  Trini shakily complied.  The captain's voice held a cold threat.  "Next time I won't be so nice about it.  I might have him test that tool on you."  The voice became more amused, but Trini was tense and feeling sick.  "You could get all big with egg like he wanted."

The captain then got up and walked over to the kneeling gargoyles.  "This one… on her feet."  She pointed to Delilah and two strong males moved to unchain her from the floor.  Delilah's eyes burned red as she stared at the captain, and Trini felt her heart pounding in fear.  The captain looked at Trini and gave her an evil smile.  "This one is pretty.  You sleep with everyone else you love… why not this one?"  The captain caressed the white hair and the two guards had to hold on tight to keep Delilah from trying to attack.  "She's very eager to learn.  I had my Delilah between my thighs in a matter of days."  The captain turned to stare at Trini.  "She was so pleased that I didn't compare her to her parents she'd do anything for me.  It's really an idol worship sort of thing, not real love.  Still, an eager lover is worth having.  She obviously wants to be had, but you tell her no, yet you love the insane gargoyle that wants to kill the world and not the gentle soul that worships the ground you walk on."  Trini watched the captain, just because she was sure that not doing so would result in punishment.  She watched those hands caress the white hair, run over the shoulders, and finally caress the gargoyle's breast through her clothes before stopping.  Delilah tried to flinch away but was held too tightly to do that.  She then stared right ahead with a defiant expression on her face and refused to acknowledge the captain.  Trini's hands clenched with a desire to stop this violation of her friend.  Her control was rewarded as the captain tired of her teasing and motioned for Delilah to be rechained.

"Once Delilah learns how deep your betrayal went, her idol worship will stop.  She'll feel like you ripped out a piece of her soul, and she may never regain that trust again.  You lie to her about everything.  You claim she's your very best friend, and yet you can't trust her with a single secret.  She wouldn't have betrayed you, and that is what you were truly afraid of, wasn’t it?  You trust so little that you couldn't give her even a small measure of the respect and friendship she deserved.  She would walk into the fires of hell for you, but you made sure she was unarmed when she did it.  The clan will suspect her whether or not you trusted her.  You made her feel like a pawn, a fool, and she still stood by your side.  Once she knows how deep your deception really runs, do you think she'll still be by your side?  If someone had treated you like you treated her, would you still stand up against the only clan you had, risk the only love of your life, for a traitor and a liar?  You pulled her into a new world, and then quickly started to sabotage her.  You knew that whatever you did, whatever you were, would reflect on her, and still you didn't tell her anything.  How is that a friend?"

Trini leaned weakly on the throne's leg while the captain's words tore at her.

"Enough of this group."  The captain spoke loudly.  "I will call them back later."  Her grin grew colder.  "Bring in the humans I ordered."

The guards moved to get the gargoyles standing but a wave of the captain's hand halted them.  Goliath was still naked.  "Strip the females as well.  They could use a little shame.  They are, however, off limits for now.  Make sure Fox doesn’t get into the hen house."  The captain laughed at her own joke, but Trini's mind was stuck on the… for now.  Did she mean to have those two raped later?  She watched as Demona and Delilah tried to maintain a dignity as their clothing was taken from them.  It reminded Trini of the way her lover had tried to appear strong while she was being raped in Canada.  She could see the true pain and shame under the mask of indifference and her heart ached for them all.  "March them through a few holding cells so that all the prisoners can see their leaders now."  The captain glared at the three naked gargoyles.  Her voice held acid.  "I always pay back the wrongs done to me.  You and your idiot followers took several people from me.  Don't expect your stay here to be pleasant."  She then turned quickly and her robes seemed to cut the air as she moved to sit back on her throne.  She patted her thigh and Trini sighed as she moved to comply.  She watched the guards chuckling as they took the three gargoyles out to humiliate them in front of everyone they knew.

"I might still do that to you.  It might teach you something."  The captain whispered to just Trini and Trini's fists clenched.  "All those males would stare at you.  I might even walk you personally so that I could make sure you walked close enough for them to touch you.  Men scare you, terrify you.  You blame them for so much, and can't see the difference from one man to the next.  You speak so eloquently to your Demona about how all humans aren't the same, but you still worry that your FRIENDS will rape you.  It must make you sick to know that our body is helpless in MacBeth's hands.  Perhaps he's raping us right now.  Maybe his small penis gets larger when aroused and he's pounding it into our unresponsive body.  We could be the proud owner of a three quarter human child by the time we wake up."

"Don't"  Trini half growled half pleaded.

The captain glared at her.  "I told you to not speak, but I will let that one go.  Don't make that mistake again."

Some guards came in and Trini could hear the clink of chains again.  She wasn't surprised at the selection the captain had made.  Elisa, Fox, and David were now forced to kneel on the ground in front of the throne.

MacBeth turned the heat up in the room.  "Sorry it got so cold in here.  I didn't expect the fans to do that good a job."  He spoke to the restless woman on the bed.  Trini still made no motion to indicate she noticed him.  He made sure all the windows were open.  "The sun should shine into this room soon.  More sun might help you regain consciousness."  He walked over to her and stared down at her pale skin and troubled expression.  He had to lean in closer to make out what she was saying.

"You speak so eloquently to your Demona about how all humans aren't the same, but you still worry that your Friends will rape you."  Trini whispered almost inaudibly.

"Oh God child.  What the hell are you going through?"  MacBeth's eyes held a deep concern.  "What the hell have you been through?"

The three human's were gagged like the gargoyles had been.  Trini felt terrible about the fear she saw in Fox's eyes.  She should be afraid.  This captain made no secret what she wanted from her.  David moved as close to Fox as the chains would let him.

Trini's body jerked in shock as the captain's caresses moved to tickle Trini's ear tips.  The captain's voice held a sensual purr when she started to speak.  "I will say this one thing.  You do have good taste in women.  Always ones that are so beautiful."  The voice hardened and the uncomfortable caresses stopped.  "Elisa.  Now there is someone I can talk about for a while.  You liked what you saw when you looked at her.  You liked her enough to end your self imposed celibacy, and you knew what you were doing when you did that.  You trusted her with everything, for about a day."  The captain stood up and started to walk around the captives.  "Your love wasn't enough to keep your eyes off the married woman.  You snuck around behind Elisa's back.  The woman doesn't love lightly and you threw it back in her face."

The captain squatted down beside Elisa to stare at her face.  "You admired her.  You loved her strength and tenderness.  Her turning to you, when she was so obviously better than you, it gave you a thrill didn't it?  You felt like you won a precious jewel."  She stood up quickly.  "How quickly things change.  You forced her to stand with you against her lover, the clan leader, the one that never cheated on her and broke her heart.  You constantly fought with him, and why?  Did you think if you could make him into a bastard she'd want you back?  Did you really plan to not tell her that he tried to hit you, or did you push him so hard and so long so that he would try that?"  The captain's eyes stared into Trini's.  "You told her to not defend you anymore, but was that what you really wanted, or did you say that just to look like the good guy and make him seem all the more an ass?"

The captain's eyes were cold.  "What you did with Goliath would have been pure genius, if you had known when to stop.  There was a point when she was defending you, but that's gone now isn't it?  She's seen past your weak woman guise to the true harpy in your heart.  You told yourself that you just wanted her happy, but that wasn't enough was it?  If you really wanted her happy you wouldn't have goaded her boyfriend so much.  You wouldn't have talked about the love life that she is unable to have.  That was like pouring salt on her wounds.  You know how much she loves him, and you are punishing her for that.  You are punishing them both, because you felt betrayed.  Grandma Selene would be so proud.  You do understand vengeance, and you dole it out well.  She didn't tell you she loved another and you never forgave her for that!  You desired Fox, kissed her, touched her, and yet Elisa's one unrequited love was worth punishing her for.  You wanted them to break up."

She moved to squat in front of Trini, who stared back at her defiantly.  "Did you ever love her, or were you so impressed that a real human didn't see you as a monster that you clung to her for your salvation.  But no humans love you.  You'd have to trust one to get real love, and you may tell Demona all sorts of tales, but the truth is you hate and fear them almost as much as she does, and you've never trusted one.  After momma betrayed us you never trusted again."  Trini's heart ached but she didn't look away.  The captain caressed her cheek and she didn’t flinch.  "Since she didn't betray you, you found many ways to betray her."

"David."  The captain got up and moved over to his side quickly, changing gears easily.  "Why would a man agree to let his wife have a live in lover?  Why would he let her have a lover at all?"  The captain tilted her head while she spoke.  "Is there something so special about you that he wants access to it?  Your power perhaps?  Your immortality?  He's getting something out of this arrangement, and you never tried to find out what it is.  For someone with so little trust, why aren't you looking into this?  Demona warned you he's devious.  You've seen him spin webs of lies much more easily than you do, and that is saying a lot.  You've been a liar your entire life, but you pale in comparison to him."  The captain caressed his hair like a pet dog.  "Once he realized that he would never be able to have you and that you wouldn't do little sex shows for him, why didn't he complain?  He made it so clear that was what he was hoping for when you became involved with his wife."  The captain's eyes narrowed.  "A man like this is after more than sex.  How do you fit into his plans?  Because if you didn't fit into his plans, you wouldn't be living in his home."

Trini couldn't stop the growl in her throat as the captain moved her petting to Fox's red hair.  "Now this one is interesting.  You've mistreated her horribly and yet she still stays with you.  You are more trouble than she ever imagined and you are pulling her back into her old ways.  The ways she worked so hard to leave behind."  The captain stared right into Trini's eyes while squatting down behind Fox.  Trini could see the red heads eyes darting around nervously, her entire body tense and scared.  The captain leaned closer as if whispering in Fox's ear, but her voice was more than loud enough to reach Trini.  "She's murdered for you.  She's neglected her husband for you.  She's broken so many laws to try and keep you safe.  While she was ruining her anniversary with calls and cover-ups to your murders, you were out falling in love and offering yourself to her enemy.  Say whatever you'd like, but if Demona hadn't been so shattered you would have cheated on her in body as well as heart.  She lost her father and stood up to her mother for you.  Oberon may well rip her away from her family and her home because of the bond.  She's been exposed to the true horrors of rape through your experiences and the tapes she was forced to watch.  That may have been her last innocence that was ripped away that night.  I really can't see how knowing you has been good for her at all.  If it weren't for the bond helping her control her magic, I'd say you offer her nothing, while she offers you her whole life… by leaving it in ruins for you."  Trini's eyes burned red as the captain rested her arms intimately on Fox's shoulders.  "Is that why you like for this one to hurt you?  Because you think you deserve it for hurting her so much?  Does that pain wash clean your guilt for bringing all of this upon her?  She has what you always wanted, a family and a place to belong, and she's put it all in jeopardy to be with you."

Trini released a breath she hadn't realized she was holding when these prisoners where lead out wearing there clothes.  Once they were alone the captain moved to sit back on her throne.  The light tapping on her thigh all the indication given that Trini was to return to her place.  Trini gritted her teeth and obeyed.  "I find it interesting that you love Fox, who has been a mercenary and Demona, who has killed countless people, and yet you hate me.  You forgive everyone but me."  The captain spoke softly, introspectively.  Her voice got firmer.  "The Weird Sisters, you even forgive them or conveniently forget their wrongs, because you so desperately want family.  Grandma Selene promised you a family and you ignored your mate's warnings because you were eager to have that type of love.  You believed their lies, just accepted what they said without question.  Do you even realize what they did to us?  Do you have any idea?  Their understanding of love is twisted and warped."

Trini watched in surprise as the captain got up and paced angrily in front of the throne, while not really looking at her.  She sighed heavily and glanced at her chains.  "Nevermind.  Now is not the time."  Trini could see the evil smirk was faked this time.  "I'm taking you to my cabin.  There is so much I want to discuss with you."

MacBeth sat in the bedroom having his own lunch.  He set the plate on the nightstand near Trini and watched her intently.  She was mumbling again.  "Grandma Selene promised you a family…"  His eyes narrowed as he stared at her more intently.

"Is that how you are part Fey?  Selene Weird?"  His voice was harsh as he glared at her.

Her voice became a little more calm and her features took on a more peaceful look.  "I've been waiting, hoping you two would come."

The ridge gave Marie a clear view of the island, and she could feel the turmoil of the consciousness.  This battle had been a long time in coming, but Marie had never expected to see how truly bloody and extensive it had gotten.  She'd stayed on this ridge watching the battle with horror.  It was too far away to make out details, but the forces could be made out as they clashed.  She watched as bodies started to litter the field in front of the castle.  She waited and watched as the prisoners were marched away in a row.  It was sad that this is what it came to.

The cool breeze was more cold than normal and she wrapped her purple wings around her body and stared at the clouds that reflected the turmoil they were always in.  Her long purple hair blew wildly in the wind and still she kept her post.  This dream realm wasn't theirs alone anymore, and the others needed to come.  The sharing was working against Trini now.  She would never have created a castle siege for her inner battle without the gargoyle's influence.  She wouldn't have had the background for that.

She felt it moments before Fox appeared.  She turned away from watching the island to see her.  After Demona had been able to directly appear next to Trini, she decided to pull her own form together so that she'd be a beacon for the mates to come to.  Dropping the two females directly into the middle of the action could get them hurt, and she wasn't sure if damaging the real consciousnesses of the two women would damage the true minds.  The fading in of another form brought a gentle smile to Marie's lips.  She had them both.  She felt along the link created to Demona's mind, and found it stronger than before.  She'd finally put the ring on.  That could be the only way her link would be nearly as strong as Fox's.  "I've been waiting, hoping you two would come."

Both women turned to her, and looked startled at her appearance.  She just stood still patiently waiting.

"Trini?  How did you change your form here?"  Fox spoke while stepping forward.

"I'm Marie."  She folded her arms gently and watched the confusion on both faces.  It was Demona that started to look like she was starting to catch on first.  She'd been waiting for that.  "We need to head to the castle."

The captain's cabin was of a decent size, but wasn’t furnished very well.  Everything looked worn, and there was no color, just black.  Black tables, chairs, sheets.  Trini was nervous as the captain held the chain to Trini's new metal collar and walked her past the living room and right into the bedroom.  The guard, Angela, helped the captain fasten one end of the chain to the heavy metal bed frame before leaving them.

The captain proceeded to ignore her while going through a wardrobe.  She took out a loincloth and halter.  "You don't need warrior leather anymore, you are a slave."  She spoke to Trini over her shoulder.  "Take them off."  Trini just stared at the captain in shock.  She wanted Trini naked?  This was making her even more nervous.  What did the captain want from her?  The captain turned to glare at her with red eyes.  Her voice was firmer.  "You will be undressed before I get out of the bathroom, or I will undress you and march you through the men's barracks."  Trini's heart started to hammer as she realized she was going to comply.

Trini was able to stand beside the bed, but the chain wasn't long enough to go any further without trying to drag the bed with her.  While she could do that, she couldn't break this chain or the heavy bedframe.

"Escaping isn't possible.  I know you are thinking of it, but aside from the many guards outside my cabin, you'd need access to a boat.  You can't get that.  I've even arranged for me to not be able to get that so that if you got clever it wouldn't work."  The captain stood in the bathroom doorway brushing her hair.  It seemed like such a normal thing for the monster to do.  Trini didn't know what to think about it.  The smirk on the captain's lips seemed almost flirtatious and it made Trini's skin crawl to see the cold dead part of her soul looking at her like that.  "I could stand hear and watch you if you'd prefer that, or you could follow my orders in the few minutes that I'm about to give you some privacy.  It's your choice."  The bathroom door closed and Trini started to move quickly to remove her leathers.  The captain wouldn't just watch, she knew that.  She quickly climbed into the bed, hiding her nakedness with the black sheets.  She silently prayed that the captain was going to leave her alone, but given the choice of that woman or the men's barracks, there really was no choice.  When she heard the shower start she was able to relax a little.  She had some time.  She started to look around the room for potential weapons, but her chain made getting to anything impossible.  She kept an ear out for anyone, guards or the captain, and changed her fingers to talons.  She scratched at the chain and grimaced at the strength of it, but maybe she'd get lucky and the captain would take a long shower.  It was better to try and get away than lie obediently in bed to wait and see how truly perverted the captain could be.

Marie walked along side the other two.  She hadn't learned how to glide yet, but her wings had been created whole.  Her calm demeanor seemed to throwing the mates into confusion.  "Why are you here waiting for us?"  Demona moved to walk along side her, but Fox was still pacing a few steps behind, and Marie could feel the stare on her back.

"The battle has gotten bloody.  Suddenly appearing where Trinity is could get you two hurt.  Trini created me and sent me out to keep you two from appearing next to her."  Marie pushed some of her hair out of her eyes.  "I think she was afraid I'd be hurt too."

"Afraid you'd be hurt?"  Fox moved up to quickly walk along side her.  "But how could you get hurt?  And this is a dream realm, this isn't permanent."

Marie was considering an answer, but was spared doing so, because Demona took over for her.  "This is a dream realm, but the reason I wanted both of us to get in here is because it looks like it has gone wild.  I've heard of magic users getting real damages from vision walks.  Something about this made me think of that."  Demona moved around to walk beside Fox.  Marie just continued her journey quietly while listening in.  "Trini seemed to think she could die in here.  If she believes that, it could be possible."  The gentleness in the gargoyle's voice brought a small smile to Marie's lips.  If the worst came to pass, Demona would honor Trini's request and protect the Fey.

"What's going on with Marie over there?"  Fox was whispering, but the unease in her voice, as well as her words carried to Marie easily.  "How could Trini just create a… what is she?"

         "She's a shadow.  A ghost of sorts."

"Actually no."  Marie turned to glance at the two.  They thought she was no more real than the shadows of Trini's memories that Fox had seen the other night.  "I am a part of the whole consciousness.  Harm done to me or other parts of the consciousness is harm done to the whole."  She glanced over at the island for a moment, "But I'm usually protected better than most."

"So you are Trini?"  Fox moved to flank her again, and the sudden change in her eyes, the worry and love made her a little uneasy.  Marie stopped walking to address this.

She looked between the mates and could see she had their full attentions.  "Trini has a habit of compartmentalizing herself.  The gargoyle, the fey, the human.  The warrior, the writer.  She has many labels for herself."  Marie took a deep breath, unsure of the mates' reaction to this.  "It is her habit of doing this that has caused the problems here to get this bad.  I am one of the results of this compartmentalization.  The person she is considering the enemy and fighting right now, is another."

"The one she said was going to try and kill them all, is a part of Trini?"  Demona stared at Marie and her blue skin looked a little paler.  Marie nodded softly.

"What happens if this enemy hurts Trini?"  Fox stepped into the conversation again.

"I do not really know."  Marie gave the mates a sympathetic look.

Demona spoke softly, "It isn't good."

They walked in silence, and Marie let the mates digest what they'd been told.  She was nothing if not patient.  They needed to ask more questions, but she'd give them the time they needed to adjust to this strangeness.

As they approached the area that the battle had taken place she heard the gasp of shock from Fox.  Looking at the bodies that littered the ground made Marie a little ill as well.  She wasn't good with violence, and this spoke of lots of that.  They weren't yet close enough to identify the bodies.

"So you are wearing the ring now."  Marie turned to address Demona, not really wanting to look at the field yet.

"How do you know?"  Demona looked at her a bit warily.  It was obvious that the mate was considering Marie an other, not really Trini.

"Your link to here is strong.  Strong enough to hold you."  She smiled gently trying to calm Demona's unease.  "You are not Fey, it is the ring that gives you this link to… her."  They seemed more comfortable when she treated the consciousness as a separate identity, rather than making it clear she was a part of it.  It might be her appearance that made them prefer that.  She was a full gargoyle, and both mates had gotten used to Trini's hybrid nature.

As they walked closer Marie could see that the first body that they would pass by was a recognizable one.  She glanced at Fox in concern.  The fey was staring at the familiar face.  The dark clad Lex had been stabbed, and the sword was still lodged in his chest.  Marie stared out towards the castle and was at least comforted that their path took them past less death than it could have.  The bodies were more concentrated towards the ridge and the path to the water.  Unfortunately there were several bodies outside the castle walls as well.  They may well have to climb over those to get inside.

The dark air about them was depressing.  Marie decided that a distraction would be a good idea.  "How is the search for the physical Trini going?"

Demona's expression was a mask but Marie could tell that seeing other gargoyles, ones that Marie didn't recognize, dead on the path upset her greatly.  "She's in Paris.  MacBeth probably took her to the home that he and I got married in.  It's his way of making a statement.  Threatening my lover in that home."

Fox stepped closer and started talking after Demona had been quiet a little too long.  Marie was becoming concerned about her.  "We are on the way to Paris now, but are using the flight time to help out here.  I had Owen put us under so we could help.  Demona was worried that if we didn't we'd only rescue her body, but her soul would be…"

There was more silence as Marie tried to think of a less upsetting topic for the three of them to think about.  Anything but death and danger would be nice.  It was Fox that finally spoke.  "You don't act like Trini."  Marie's eyeridge rose in question.  "You seem so distant, and you haven't touched either of us."  Marie didn't really know how to respond to that.  She glanced at both women, and she felt affection for them, but nothing stronger.  She knew that Trini felt stronger.  The consciousness had never split up like this before.  Perhaps that had something to do with it.  Since she didn't know how to answer she changed the subject.

"I should let you know that I cannot fight.  If we are attacked I am not able to help."  Marie spoke evenly, and noticed Fox's eyes narrow a little while studying her.  She didn't notice Demona glancing over at her as well, since the gargoyle was on her other side.

"Trini knows how to fight.  Why can't you?"  Demona asked and her irritation made her voice snap.

"I am never there when there is fighting."  She spoke calmly.  The silence as they continued on the path gave Marie a chance to notice some humans on the castle wall watching their approach.  At least none of them were wearing black.  Her own outfit was white, as was Demona's.  Fox was wearing jeans and a green shirt.  They wouldn't be confused for the warriors that stormed the castle.

The touch on her wing surprised her.  They were caped about her shoulders.  "Please don’t touch me like that."  She spoke softly as the hand started to move towards her wing joints.

"Have you ever made love to me?"  Fox's voice held no passion just curiosity.  It seemed an odd question, but Marie was more impressed with the way Fox was working on figuring out Marie's role in the consciousness.

Marie went quiet as she thought about that question.  She could remember the times with Fox, but felt so far removed from the memories.  She could remember Trini screaming out in pleasure, but she didn't know what that pleasure felt like.  She glanced over at the gargoyle that was watching her and waiting for the answer as well.  She felt a little more a part of the tenderness that lover showed, but when she thought past the gentle caresses and tender shows of love, she found she was removed from the actual sex.  Once passion came into play, she was no longer part of it, just an observer.  That was disturbing.  "I…"  Marie sighed softly, wondering how this admission would affect the mates, but it's not like she would lie.  "I remember making love to both of you, but it's fuzzy, almost not real."  She stared down at the grass in front of her and didn't see the look shared by the mates.  "Perhaps it isn't me you make love to."

Demona moved a little closer to ask a question.  Her voice was soft, but intense.  "Did you ever lie to the clan about your relationship with me?"

Marie's step faltered as she tried to focus on that memory.  She'd known that Trini lied a lot to the clan.  Her eyes narrowed in concentration.  "I don't think so."  She felt even further removed from those memories.

Fox reached out and took her hand, effectively stopping their walk.  Marie turned to look at the redhead and could see she was reluctant to ask her question.  "Were you ever raped?"

This time Marie didn't even have to think about it.  "No, never."  After she'd answered she tilted her head to the side, "But… I was wasn't I?"  Her voice held confusion.  She shuffled through the memories, but nothing at all was coming up.  When could this have been?

Demona's stared at her in shock, but Marie was too lost in the memories.  "We should get to the castle."  She spoke haltingly.  "We might be able to get a few extra warriors for the trip to the island."  Marie just nodded distractedly and started walking again.

Trini was making next to no progress with the chain.  She swore under her breath when the shower stopped.  She couldn't risk being caught working on this.  She brushed the little bit of metal dust off the bed and off of her hand.  Her jaw was clenched as she moved to lay on her side to stare at the bathroom door and wait.  Perhaps the captain would be leaving.  She didn't really believe it, but the hope was still there.  That hope died when the door opened and she saw the captain, all of the captain.

Trini didn't mean to stare but it was so shocking to see the woman with her face, her body, standing in the doorway.  The captain's skin was inhumanly pale, making Trini look tan.  The same body that Trini saw in the mirror looked different with this woman inside of it.  There was no awkwardness in the pose that was so obviously meant to be seductive.  Trini started to notice the differences.  The skin of the forearm that was burned was still pale, with only a hint of redness.  The wings that stood proudly behind the captain had rips down along the sensitive flesh, and Trini remembered when the Doctors had done that to her.  She pushed that thought aside as she noticed the small bullet scar on the captain's chest and with her hair damp and brushed back the slight scar on her forehead.  Everything that Trini had survived had left a mark on this woman.

Once her eyes traveled back to the captain's face she felt a flush of embarrassment for openly staring like that.  The captain's amused smirk only made that blush deepen.

"I want to see what you look like now.  It's only fair.  You've been staring enough."  The captain walked towards the bed with a sway in her hips and Trini gripped the sheets tightly.  The captain frowned at her.  "I can see alone or I can call my guards in here to help me get that sheet out of that death grip you have on it.  I'm sure that you wouldn't care for Brooklyn to see you.  I don't really care either way, but I will see what you look like."

Trini blushed with shame as she let go of the sheets and the captain slowly dragged them off her naked body.  She turned away to stare at the far wall, so she wouldn't see this woman staring at her.  The captain just stared at every inch of flesh that was slowly revealed by her controlled and tormenting slow unveiling of Trini.  Trini didn't notice how the captain looked over every place that was scarred on her own body and wasn't on Trini's.  She didn't notice the anything but the cool air hitting her skin, which was red with embarrassment.  Trini held perfectly still hoping that this was all the captain wanted, to satisfy a little curiosity.

Trini was startled when a surprisingly warm hand touched her.  She turned to protest, but the look in the captain's eyes stopped her.  They burned red and glared at her, as if daring her to protest.  The captain then sat down beside her on the bed and the warm hand caressed Trini's calf, and slowly moved over her knee.  "You try to deny it, but I am a part of you."  The captain spoke quietly, while her caress moved up Trini's thigh slowly.  "You shove me aside, hide me on this wretched island, and when you let me out because you need me, you berate me and pour the rains down on me, making my existence miserable.  It's you making it rain here, all the while you beg me to protect you and your loved ones.  You need me and you hate me.  That is going to stop."

Trini shut her eyes to block out what was happening.  The caresses moved to her upper thigh.  Her heart was hammering.  "Please, don't."  She whispered as the touches got closer to her sex.

The bed shifted and Trini felt the naked flesh of that female brushing against her as the captain laid on her side to stare down at Trini while drawing gentle circles on her stomach.  "You are mine here.  Mine to do what I wish to."  The voice was quiet but held a command.  The hand moved up to caress Trini's breast and Trini whimpered as she closed her eyes tighter as if they could block out the feelings.  "I know exactly what you like.  I know when you want it rough.  I know when you need to be controlled."  The captain leaned closer and whispered in Trini's hair, blowing warm air over her skin.  "I know you need it now.  That you are so close to being in season that your body screams for pleasure.  That you need it so badly that you would even ache for my touch.  You may hate me, but you know that I am the only woman that can truly make you whole.  No one else can do that for you."

When the warm wet mouth closed over her nipple Trini trembled as she tried to repress it all.  The hard bite to her breast stopped her mental fleeing.  The captain moved to lean over her and Trini could see the red glare.  "Grab the bedframe and don't let go."

Trini's eyes flashed in anger and she growled.  "Get away from me you fucking freak!"  She reached out and hit her in the face, knocking the captain back.  "I don't want you touching me!  I don't want to look at you!  I wish you would just drop dead!  I hate you!"

"Oh you stupid bitch."  The captain got up and glared down at her with red eyes.  There was a growl to her words.  "I have every right in the world to touch you… and I think now is the perfect time to teach you that."  Her voice got louder as she called out to the guards.  "I need more chains in here, Trini wants to play rough."

Marie glanced around at the humans staring at them as they entered the castle.  A few people had thought to clear a path through the bodies for them, but still the smell of blood and sight of death made her queasy.  Demona moved forward to stand in front of her.  There was a growl in her throat as she addressed an older military looking man.  "Well, this is interesting.  The traitor still lives here."

"Demona, what are you talking about."  Fox moved forward and was looking at the gargoyle with quickly concealed concern.

"This is the captain of the guards."  Demona reached out to grab him by this shirt and slammed him back into the wall behind him roughly.

"How did you get away from that witch?"  The captain sounded nervous and confused.  "Where's Goliath and the rest of the clan?"

That stopped Demona from slamming him into the wall again.  "You're just a shadow.  A ghost of my past."  She still held him threateningly while turning to Marie.  "There is so much here that Trini couldn't possibly know.  Gargoyles that I knew from long ago, humans."

Marie spoke softly.  "This realm isn't ours alone anymore.  You and Fox influence it, add to it."

"No fucking gargoyles own this realm, and that witch will learn that if she has the nerve to return."  A guard spoke in a harsh whisper to his friend beside him.  "At least she got rid of the gargoyles for us."

Marie turned to stare at him.  The gargoyles were captured saving his people.  How could he say something like that?

"We won't get any good warriors here.  The enemy took all the good ones."  Demona's eyes glared red as she glanced around at the nervous men.

"The captain also took a few of the women."  The man Demona had slammed against the wall tugged at his shirt trying to straighten it out.  His voice got softer.  "She looked like she planned to force herself on some of them.  There was nothing we could do to stop her from taking them."  He started to stare at Fox.  "She was really interested in Fox.  She made no secret that she planned to rape that poor healer.  If you need an extra warrior I'll go.  Someone needs to kill that unnatural freak."

Marie took a small step closer.  Her voice was still calm and even.  "Killing her would probably be a very bad idea."

"We can't have an enemy like that living just off our coast."  The man's voice rose as he addressed her.  His reddening skin showed how seriously he took this threat.

"I'm sure if we just talk to her everything will be okay.  There is never a need to go around killing.  She'll understand she's wrong.  We just need to explain it to her."  Marie explained to him and then tilted her head to watch the look of disbelief cross Demona's face.

"Look, you obviously know nothing of war."  He started to explain, but the look Fox gave him stopped him.

"Did you see a female called Trini?"  Fox stepped closer, giving Demona a break from dealing with him.

"Yes, that was Goliath's advisor."  His words seemed to surprise the mates a great deal.

"Advisor?"  Fox glanced over at Marie for a moment and studied her intensely.  It made Marie a little uncomfortable.

"She had a good understanding of the captain.  She also lead the clan that remained in the castle."

"We are wasting our time here."  Demona snapped suddenly.  Marie suspected she didn't like being surrounded by these humans.  "We need a boat and a few supplies and we can go save Trini."

Marie stared down at a small boy staring at Fox.  "Alexander?"  She spoke gently and the boy moved to look at her.

"They took my mommy."  Tears started to fall down his face.  He pointed at Fox, "She's not my mommy is she?  She's like the dark people, she only looks like my mommy."

Marie felt bad for the little boy.  She stared at him and didn't know what to do.  It was Fox that did something.  She moved forward and scooped the boy into her arms.  "We will go get her and bring her home."  Fox spoke as if it would be no trouble to do that.  Marie looked away from the emotional boy and Fox's attempts at comforting to see a concerned look on Demona's face as she watched Fox talking to little Alexander.

Demona stepped closer to Marie as Fox walked further away looking for an appropriate adult to leave the boy with.  "If Fox and I influence this place, are those other versions of us tied to us?"

Marie stared after Fox, "I don’t know."  She didn’t see Demona clenching her fist at that lack of an answer.

"The Captain is planning on… raping… Fox and you don't know if it will really hurt her?"  Demona growled at Marie and Marie turned to look at her with gentle eyes.

"This is all so new.  I don't know if your other versions are real."  Marie stared into Demona's eyes.  "Trini asked you to protect Fox."

"But from her?"  Demona's voice rose a bit.  "How can I fight her knowing it will really hurt my mate?"

The captain left Trini naked and chained while the others came in with more chain.  Her flush of shame at their curious, and in some cases, hungry looks, made her skin hot and red.  The captain purposely let in far more guards than was necessary, and seemed completely unconcerned with her own nakedness.  Angela sat on the bed next to her and Trini knew better than to lash out at her when she took Trini's hands and fastened them to the chain holding her collar to the bedframe.  Her heart was pounding as she realized how truly helpless she was going to be.  Brooklyn was chaining one of her legs to the foot of the bed, spreading her legs apart and Trini could see him staring at her sex hungrily.  She couldn't even cringe away.  His grip on her ankle was strong and she couldn't kick him away.  He then caressed her leg before moving to the other leg to chain it up, leaving her completely exposed.  She was stretched so far that she had little room to move at all.

Trini turned to stare at the captain, who was watching the whole thing.  Her eyes held a pleading for the female to not hurt her as badly as Trini suspected she'd get hurt.  The captain smirked at her and then turned her attention to the two guards.  "If I can't get her to behave maybe I'll let you play with her Brooklyn."  The captain's eyes got colder as they stared into Trini's.  "Maybe some of your clan too."

After the guards left the captain moved back to her place next to Trini on the bed.  "Now where were we?"  Trini flinched when the captain's hand came close to her face, but the female just caressed her hair and tucked it behind Trini's ears.  "I will let them play with you if I can't get you to play with me.  Your damned guilt over Canada has raped me so many times that I lost count.  Now the rules are, if you have nothing nice to say you aren't to speak.  Begging for me to stop won't work, because I will be having you today.  You also aren't to act like my touch disgusts you.  It ruins my mood, and then I might decide watching others take you is more fun."  Trini felt tears fill her eyes as the captain stared down at her face.  "Do you understand?"

"Yes."  Trini whispered quietly and did her best to not flinch away from the kiss to the forehead that earned her.

"Good girl."  The captain spoke with a sexual purr while moving her hand to gently caress Trini's breast before pinching her nipple hard.  Trini gasped in shock.  "You are my play toy now.  I tend to play rough with my toys."  There was a growl to the words and Trini was disgusted to feel herself responding to it.  She pulled at her arms and legs, wanting away from this feeling, but they didn't give.  The captain noticed her testing her bonds, but didn't punish her for it.

"Captain, I was told that I can't play with the new prisoners."  Fox's irritated voice startled Trini and she turned wide shocked eyes to see the short haired woman leaning in the doorway.  Fox didn't even seem to notice her, as she just glared at the captain.

"Fox."  The captain's voice sounded weary as she continued to caress Trini's skin, petting her.  Trini watched Fox's eyes travel over her body, and noticed the hungry gleam start as she watched the captain caressing Trini's breasts.  Trini didn’t even notice she started to arch into those caresses while Fox watched, or that her nipples were hardening.  The captain looked down at her speculatively, but Trini's eyes were fastened on Fox as the redhead moved closer to the bed.  "I have plans, and playing with those prisoners would ruin it."

"Can I just have a taste of this one then?  Captain, I am so hungry, and you are busy with her."  Fox's moved to sit on the other side of the bed and licked her lips as she stared down at Trini's breasts.

"You are always hungry my love."  The captain's voice brought Trini's attention back to her.  This creature was capable of love?  Trini squeaked in shock as the captain pinched her nipple hard again.  "You can kiss her here for a little while."  Trini turned wide eyes to the wicked look on Fox's face, before the woman leaned down to suckle on her breast.

"Oh."  Trini gasped out before stopping herself.  She shouldn't enjoy this.  "Oh God."  Fox's mouth felt so good on her.  The gentle sucking was driving her mad.  When another mouth closed over her other breasts Trini arched into them, wanting harder.  "Please."  She didn't know if she was begging for it to stop, or wanted more.

"Enough Fox.  You can play later.  Leave us."  The captain's voice was tight when she pulled away from Trini's flesh, and the cool air only served to make Trini's nipples harder.  Fox glared at the captain and left, looking all the while like a spoiled child.  Trini watched her go, unable to look at the captain.  The shame she felt at her body's response to them both was weighing heavily on her.

The caresses moved to between Trini's legs and Trini shut her eyes and looked away as the captain found the evidence of her arousal.  "Oh, yes… Trini likes chains."  The captain's voice was mocking as she slid her fingers lightly over Trini's sex.  It didn't matter whatever the captain said, Trini knew she didn't want this.

Trini watched with wide eyes as the captain moved to straddle her face.  "You will please me."  The captain didn't even seem to feel the need to make threats, but Trini knew not obeying would result in something bad.  She stared up at a sex so like her own and could smell the captain's arousal as well as see how wet the female had gotten.  She took a deep breath and obeyed, as the captain's body got close enough.  The taste of her was familiar; she'd tasted this on the lips of her lovers.  That reminder of them helped her to lose herself in this task.  If she gave enough, maybe the captain could be persuaded to leave the castles Fox and Demona alone, maybe even to keep her own Fox away from them.  "Oh Yes…" The captain's passionate moans made Trini redouble her efforts to be the best lover she could.  She couldn't let this captain go elsewhere for her pleasure.  She wasn't going to be responsible for any more rapes.

"Yes, lick me… Trini… Oh, God…"  The captain's voice got louder as Trini's oral assault become more frantic.  "Yes, this is what I wanted."  The captain was speaking quickly as her hips started to thrust.  "Oh God… you are much better at this than I thought you would be."  The touch of derision seemed somehow worse as Trini continued to lick and suckle on the tender flesh, barely restraining the impulse to try and do some damage.  She was too helplessly tied up to risk pissing the captain off that much.  Trini tried desperately to not think of how much this forced oral sex reminded her of her rape.

The captain grabbed the bed frame and started to press down harder.  Trini could hear the wings fluttering and it reminded Trini of Demona.  Trini forced herself to try and think that this was her mate, and not a truly perverted and cruel part of herself.  She closed her eyes and envisioned Demona above her.

Marie noticed Demona falter while walking ahead of her on the path down to the waters.  They were going to try and find a boat to get to the island.  "Are you alright?"  Marie stepped closer and noticed the confused look on the mate's face.  Fox stopped walking as well to turn back with an impatient look on her face.

"I don't know, it feels…"  Demona spoke quietly while staring at the ground, obviously puzzled.  "I feel Trini.  It doesn't make any sense, but I feel like she's with me."

Marie pushed out to see if she could feel the other parts of Trini, but she was being blocked.  Demona must mean the consciousness, but why was Demona feeling the consciousness when Marie was being actively blocked from it.  Her connection in this dream realm was just a feeling of them being out there, nothing more specific, but now she was getting nothing from either of them.  "They are blocking me.  I can't sense them at all.  Why would they block me?"

Fox stared at Marie for a moment before turning her eyes back to Demona.  She walked closer to the gargoyle and rested a hand on Demona's shoulder.  "It might be her.  She sometimes reaches out to me.  I didn't think she could do that with you, but these rings…"  Her voice became soft and gentle.  "What are you sensing from her?"

Demona looked right into Fox's eyes and Marie could see she was troubled.  "She's ashamed.  Shame is beating at me.  There are other feelings, but that one hits me the most."

Fox squeezed the gargoyle's shoulder in an obvious attempt at comforting.  "That emotion comes off of her a lot.  It doesn't necessarily mean anything really bad is happening."  Fox then turned to continue their walk.  "We should keep moving though."

Marie trailed behind them when Demona moved to walk right beside Fox.  "She feels this often?  And you knew this?"

Fox sighed.  "It's why I decided that she needed to see a counselor.  I get feelings of shame and depression off of her far too often.  When she calls for help it's especially sharp, like she's ashamed that she needs me to rescue her."  Marie watched quietly as these two seemed to be bonding.  Fox glanced back at her briefly, but she was ignored as the redhead continued to talk with the gargoyle.  "How sharp was her shame?"

Demona stared out towards the island.  "Enough that I'm worried now."

"Marie, you said you were being blocked.  Does that happen often?"  Fox asked and Marie could see the urgency being hidden from her.  She started to think of the time she'd had since becoming separate, but she'd always sensed them both during that time.

"Not that I know of."  Marie spoke slowly, feeling an uncertainty gnaw at her.

The path was wide enough for all three of them to walk side by side, and Marie noticed that the others had flanked her and were looking at her while they walked.  "Do you have many missing memories?  Things that Trini always shields you from?"  Demona asked and her eyes seemed to burn into Marie.

"I…"  Marie stopped talking and tried to think.  "I'm protected more than most.  I know that.  I don't know what she protects me from.  She completely blocks me off from some of it."

"Kinda like she's blocking you right now."  Fox seemed to growl.  Marie noticed she had to walk a little faster to keep up with the mates after that.  After a moment Demona spoke.

"I can glide down there and try to see if any of the boats are intake.  I'll meet you at the end of the path when you get there."

"That sounds like a good idea, but be careful."  Fox nodded goodbye and the gargoyle glided off.  Marie watched how she moved in the air.  If she knew how to glide they could all go to the shore faster.  The mates didn't want to leave her behind, so they were all forced to walk.

Fox was quiet for a while before finally speaking.  "Do you remember your mother?"  Marie smiled at Fox.  Of course she remembered Momma.  Something in Fox's expression seemed troubled by her smile.  "What can you tell me about your mother?"

Marie's small smile stayed on her lips as she watched the path as she remembered.  "She used to create little picnics in the backyard for us.  She'd make all my favorite things and we'd eat out there and play with my toys."  Marie loved her mother a lot.  Just talking about her made her feel better, as she could put the troubled consciousness out of her mind.  "We'd dance in the living room to her records.  She always had enough time to play with me when I was little.  It wasn't until I was older that she started working, but even then we'd go out to eat once in a while and talk."  A small frown marred her face.  "That stopped when she got married."  She almost asked why she hadn't seen Momma in a while, but then remembered Trini saying she'd died.  Momma hadn't been that old.  Marie had no idea how she could have just died like that.  "When did she die?"  Maybe Trini told Fox more than…. That was just strange that Fox might know more about her life than she did.

"You don't know?"  Fox's voice was a little flat and Marie turned to see the open stare aimed at her.  "What do you know about your mother's death?"

Marie sighed softly.  "That's she's gone.  I haven't seen her in a long time.  I remember Trini thinking she was dead."  Marie's eyes looked so young and innocent as they pleaded with Fox.  For a moment a wave of emotional pain at the loss of her mother hit her, but it stopped just as suddenly and the pleading and pained look faded.  She didn't notice Fox's eyes widen while she looked at her.

"How are you feeling?"

"I'm fine."  Marie gave Fox a gentle smile.  She didn't notice the tear tracks that had suddenly stopped on her face.  She'd never even noticed that she'd shed a tear.

"How much does Trini protect you?"  Fox whispered to herself.  Marie just gave her a questioning look and continued walking.  Fox's voice got a little louder, so it was obviously meant to be for Marie.  "Do you remember your wings?"

Marie laughed at that.  "That's like asking if I remember my hand.  They are right back there.  Just cause I'm not looking at them doesn’t mean they disappear."

Fox seemed tense.  "Why don't you know how to glide?"

"Because no one has taught me yet.  Momma was human, so she couldn’t teach me."  Marie stared out at the gliding gargoyle searching the waterfront.  "But Demona's going to teach me."

"So the only reason you didn't learn how to glide when you were younger is because no one showed you how to use your wings?"  Fox asked softly.

"Yeah.  But now that I know gargoyles I'll get to learn."  Marie sighed at the waste of all that time just because there weren't enough gargoyles in the world.  She should have been gliding years ago.  She stretched out her wings and shook them, just to feel the breeze on them.  It felt good.

The captain's black torn wings shook uncontrollably as she started to scream out her pleasure.  Trini made sure to draw that pleasure out as long as she could for the female.  When the captain leaned limply forward, bracing her weight on the bed frame, Trini stopped servicing her.  She felt like a whore.  "Oh, you do have some talent there Trinity."  The captain laughed as she moved off of her.  Trini laid there feeling the slight breeze in the room on her now damp face.  The captain leaned closer.  "Kiss me like you mean it."

Trini's eyes burned but she did as she was told.  She put as much passion into that kiss as she could.  She could feel the captain's hands trailing down her body as the female continued her kissing, which felt a lot like a claiming.  The captain seemed to be seeking to own her with the kiss, and Trini was shocked to find herself surrendering.

Trini gasped when the hand dipped between her legs.  The captain pulled back and looked at her with a mocking expression.  "In spite of how much you hate me, you are very wet."  Trini shook as the fingers played over her sensitive flesh.  "So very wet.  Is it the chains?  Do you like being controlled so much that anyone that ties you up is worth having, or do you see something in me that you like?"  The captain was mocking her and Trini gritted her teeth to endure it quietly.  She wanted to tell the bitch to go to hell, but the captain would carry out any threats she made.  When those questing fingers slowly pushed inside of Trini she gasped.  It felt good, she really hadn't expected to find herself responding to this.

"Do you want something bigger inside of you?"  The captain's sexual purr drew Trini's eyes to her captor.

Trini licked her lips and her voice was shaky.  "Yes."  She didn't think any other answer would be accepted.  The captain curled the fingers inside of Trini and Trini gasped and started to thrust into the air.  Her body was responding to this female, and even though she didn't want it to, she couldn't stop the feelings of pleasure the captain instilled in her.  Her shame intensified as she thought about her mates, and what they'd think of her.  That she allowed this captain to use her like this.  That she had the captain inside her mind at all.

"Beg me.  Beg me to fuck you."  The captain's voice was breathless with arousal.

"Please…"  Trini felt tears traveling down her cheeks with her humiliation.  "I need you."

Trini felt the bed moved as the captain kneeled between her legs.  She watched as the captain's tail wrapped around her waist once and then came out between her legs like a penis, a very long penis.  Trini had done this to Fox once.  The captain rubbed her breasts along Trini's skin as she slid into position and the tip of the tail started to push into Trini's sex.  The sudden thrust had Trini gasping in shock as she was filled completely.

"Oh yes, you are so warm."  The captain rested her head next to Trini's ear as she started to firmly thrust into her.  "You could fuck every woman you know, and it will never be like this.  You want Fox and Demona to make you whole, but they can't.  You are shattered and broken, and I'm the only one that can fix you."  Trini's breath was driven from her body with each thrust and she noticed the captain's wings fall limply to the bed on either side of her, covering her completely with the captain's body.  Trini's own tail lashed nervously next to her and the captain's legs.  She could feel the thrusts pressing her back into the bed, pressing the base of her tail into the bed.

"Oh God…"  Trini gasped out as she felt the pleasure start to take her.  "Fuck me… Fuck me hard."  This wasn't cheating, this was her.  She needed to feel it.  It was so close.  Instead of faster deeper strokes that she was aching to feel, the captain stopped moving and stared down into Trini's flush face.

The captain's mocking smile had Trini's already glowing eyes burning brighter.  "You want me to fuck you.  You want to come?"  The captain's eyes narrowed.  "Beg me."

Trini gritted her teeth.  The captain was determined to humiliate Trini.  Trini didn't mind begging her lovers, but this was different.

The captain's eyes narrowed.  "Oh, Wait… begging is more fun with witnesses."  She gave Trini one weak thrust to remind Trini that she was still inside her.  Trini's eyes widened in shock as the captain yelled out.  "I need a witness in here!"  The captain couldn't mean to make her beg in front of someone else, Trini jaw dropped as a hot flush covered her skin.  She didn't want someone else to witness her humiliation.

"Will I do captain?"  Trini looked away from the voice, wishing she were invisible.  The captain's gentle thrust served to remind her that she was in the middle of being taken.

"Sure, have a seat Demona."  The captain sounded so friendly, as if this were nothing more than having the gargoyle over for a drink.

The thrusts became a little more regular, but still not hard like they had been.  Tears traveled down Trini's cheeks, knowing what the captain expected her to do.  The wings that had fallen to the bed, giving Trini some semblance of cover were pulled away and the cool air and the blue female's gaze fell on her.

The thrusts became harder.  "You want it hard?  You want me to make you scream?"  The captain hissed at her while her thrusts slammed the base of Trini's tail to the bed.

"yes."  Trini spoke quietly in her shame.

"Louder or I won't give it to you."  The captain leaned down to nibble on Trini's eartip.

"Please…"  Trini's voice was full of desperation that was a mix of her need for release and her painful humiliation.  "I need it.  Harder…"

When the captain started to really seem to focus on her pleasure, Trini found her eyes reluctantly looking over at Demona.  The hunger in the gargoyle's eyes sent her over the edge.

Macbeth set his meal down on the table and stared at Trini with his jaw open in shock.  Her body was arching of the bed, "Oh God… Fuck me Hard!"  She 'd been repeating that for a while and he swallowed as she screamed out in orgasm before falling limply back to the bed.

MacBeth grimaced as the tightness of his pants made itself apparent.  "You are determined to make caring for you as hard as possible."  He grumbled quietly and turned up the power on the fans to clear the air of her sexual scent.  It was much stronger now.

Marie noticed that Fox had gotten very quiet and seemed troubled.  Perhaps they thought Trini was in more danger than they let on.  When Demona landed in front of them, she didn't look very happy.

"The captain destroyed any boats that were down there.  There is nothing."  Demona glanced at Marie with irritated lightly glowing eyes.  "You are going to have to glide.  I'll carry Fox, and we can steal a boat to come back on, but… there isn't another way."

Marie clasped her hands in front of her and spoke calmly.  "Okay.  If you think I can do it, I can."  She gave Demona a small, slightly shy smile.  She was finally going to glide.

Demona turned to Fox.  "I'll take her on a quick glide, give her the basics, and we can take off."

"Demona are you sure this is a good idea?"  Fox glanced at Marie's back nervously.

Demona's eyes flashed in irritation.  "Fixing one of those ruined boats will take too long.  We don't have enough time."  Marie was walking to the edge of the path to look down towards the ground.  They were still high up.  She missed the silent conversation of glares the other two were sharing.

Marie turned to smile at the mates.  "Can we try now?  I've been wanting to do this forever."  That ended the glares and Demona's expression softened.

"I'm sure you have."  Demona spoke gently, almost the way she talked to Trini.  "We will jump off here, and I won't let you fall.  Just spread your wings and try and do what I do with mine.  We'll glide along the coast and turn back."

Marie just smiled and nodded.  She didn't even wait for more instructions.  She jumped, and fell for a while before spreading her wings.  She didn't notice the sharp gasp Fox gave as she ran to the edge of the path, or the scared look in Demona's eyes as she dived after her.  The wings caught the air and while she was wobbling in the air quiet a bit, she stopped falling down and started gliding away from the path.

Demona's eyes were burning bright red and her lips were tight when she moved to glide beside Marie.  Marie realized she didn't know how to turn and was heading out towards the waters and the island.  Demona moved in front of her and Marie watched how the female bent her wings to turn right.  Marie copied her and fell a little before getting it right.  She still was unsteady in the air, but she could go in the general direction she wanted to go.

A gust of wind startled her and she gasped as she suddenly found herself going up.  Demona turned around at that noise and moved to glide beside her again.  "You need to compensate for the air.  You can't just let it take you where ever it's going."

Trini turned her head away from the captain.  She felt her shame and humiliation like a physical pain and hated the female for using her like this.  She just wanted to disappear and the fact that she'd been made to enjoy it made her feel perverted and sick.

"What?"  The captain waved an arm and Demona left.  The captain's eyes were burning red as she stared down at Trini when she didn't answer.  "Don't tell me you still hate me."  The captain started to growl.

Trini's eyes burned red, but she didn't turn her head to look at the captain.  "I hate you.  It's you that made my life hell isn't it?  Everything that you said I did, it was you wasn't it?  You do nothing but hurt me."

"You understand nothing!"  The captain growled.  Trini wasn't surprised when the captain slapped her.  Her cheek stung and Trini suspected it would bruise.

"So who are you going to send in here to rape me now because I'm not catching on?"  Trini turned her red glare to her double.  Trini felt tears in her eyes.  She had played along, hoping to protect others, but the humiliation was too much, and now it was very likely that the captain may just give her away to be used.  This was just too much.  Trini's body started to shake with her tears.

The captain just growled and grabbed her robe to toss it over her nakedness.  "I don't fucking believe this!"  The captain hissed and left.  Leaving Trini still chained and helpless.

Trini couldn't even wipe her tears.  She was getting a bit cold as the time went by and the captain didn’t return.  Eventually Angela came in and Trini  blushed in shame, but she asked the female to unchain her.  While she didn't do that, she did cover Trini up with the sheets.  It was a small mercy that Trini was starting to think all the dark clad people weren't capable of.

Marie was still unsteady in the air as they glided towards the island.  The smile on her face didn't falter as she finally felt the wind on her wings, like she was always meant to.  She glided off to the left of Demona and back a little.  Demona was carrying Fox, and the Fey looked back at Marie with concern often.  She seemed to think that Marie would suddenly fall out of the air.

Marie was concentrating very hard at staying in the air and compensating for the air currents that got stronger as they got closer to the island.  She barely registered the conversation that was traveling back to her.

"Demona, when we get there, I think we need to find a safe place to leave her.  We can't take her in with us."  Fox sighed and her eyes were solemn as they stared into Demona's.  "She's…"

"I know."  Demona spoke quietly.  She turned back to give Marie a weak encouraging smile as the female managed to keep the air current from taking her higher.  Marie nodded back, but was working too hard to be distracted with talk or anything else right now.  "I had no idea Trini had something like Marie inside of her."

"Marie doesn't know a lot about her life.  She thinks she still has her wings.  She didn't know how her mother died.  She seems to have no hint that she was abused."  Fox glanced back at Marie again before turning back to Demona.  "She's the worst case of denial I've ever seen.  It makes me wonder if the memories she told me were even real."

"I didn’t know it was that bad."  Demona sighed as she stared out towards the island.  "She seems like a stranger most of the time, but sometimes…"

"I know."  Fox gave a weak smile to Demona.  "Sometimes I can see Trini in her too."

Demona's eyes flashed red.  "I want to find Trini and get out of this place."

Marie noticed Demona angling towards a corner of the island a bit further away from the smoke of a fire.  She followed, even though she was confused why they didn't just go to the fire.  People were obviously there.  Those people could tell them were Trini and the captain were.  Demona landed gracefully and let Fox down.  Marie glided lower and tried to mover her feet under her like Demona did.  Her landing was much less graceful as she fell to her hands and knees.

"It's okay Marie, landing takes practice.  Hatchlings usually practice shortly before sunrise so that they will be in the healing stonesleep shortly afterwards."  Demona spoke softly while approaching her and putting out a hand.  Marie tentatively took the hand and got up.

Fox ran her fingers through her windblown hair while she talked.  "Marie, we want to find a place for you to stay while we go get Trini."

Marie was puzzled now.  She was supposed to stay with Fox and Demona.  "Trini doesn't want you two alone here."  She explained.  They must be confused.  "I'm supposed to stay with you."

The sound of someone walking on the nearby trail came to them and Fox and Demona started to move behind a large tree.  Marie took a step towards the sound before Demona moved quickly to her side.  "We need to be quiet.  Come here."  She then took Marie's arm and dragged her further from the path.

Marie noticed the looks the mates shared.  Once the person on the path was further away those two started to whisper so quietly right into each other's ear that Marie couldn't hear them.

"Okay, Marie you are coming with us, but you have to be very quiet.  We want to avoid anyone seeing us."

"But they could tell us where Trini is."  Marie spoke quietly, just because the mates did.  It just seemed faster to ask for help from the people here.

Demona moved closer to her and stared into her eyes.  "We want to do it this way.  I know you can be quiet and sneak in with us.  It'll be fun."

Marie followed them quietly while noticing the grave expressions on their faces as they looked at the cabins from their place in the woods.  There was one cabin that had two gargoyles just standing outside of it.  It looked like Angela and Brooklyn.

Two other people were walking towards the path they were near.  Marie smiled slightly when she saw they looked like the two women she was with.  The mates grabbed Marie's arms and pulled her behind another tree.  Demona held a finger to her lips to tell her to be quiet.  Marie just nodded.  She was getting used to this game.

"Fox, you just need to be a little more patient."  The dark Demona was speaking in a slightly weary tone.  "Once the captain is done with her, I'm sure she'll pass her on."

"She kicked me out of her cabin.  She just let me play with her a little and then kicked me out.  She's never done that before."

"I think you and I throw off what she's trying to do with Trinity."

Marie noticed both of the mates got tense when these two mentioned Trini's name.  The two they were watching continued down the path towards another cabin.  Once they were far enough away that Marie couldn't hear them anymore the mates started to whisper.

"I'm thinking they wouldn't need guards unless they had someone to guard."  Fox stared out at Angela and Brooklyn.

"That cabin doesn't have any windows.  We'd have to go in the front door."

Fox turned to stare at Demona.  "My double had short hair and didn't have my tattoo, but yours looked a lot like you, just with different clothes."

"Her skin was a little darker."  Demona spoke while she stared out at the female that looked like Angela guarding the cabin.  "But they might not notice.  It's worth a try."

Trini tensed up when she heard someone come in the door.  The red male's appearance in the bedroom didn't comfort her at all.  The captain must have decided Trini's break was over.  Shit.

"You are very pretty."  Brooklyn spoke with slow deliberate words as he moved closer.  "Angela's taking a break, so I thought I'd come in here and see if you needed anything."

Trini just looked away and gritted her teeth.  The way he moved and spoke told her exactly what he thought she needed.  "She won't be happy with you taking me will she?"  She was going to try and talk her way out of this.  Her voice was the only weapon that the captain left her when she left her chained up like this.

"She already had hers.  Besides, you aren't going to tell on me are you?"  Brooklyn stepped closer.  "Because if I don't have you, I'm sure that the captain won't mind if I go try out one of the new female prisoners.  Perhaps that Demona would be interesting.  I could take her in front of the others.  Make her beg like the captain made you.  I was right outside.  I heard all of that."

Trini stared at the wall with blurring vision as the tears started to gather.  At least the captain hadn't sent this latest torment.  "She gave orders that none of the prisoners were supposed to be touched."  Trini was losing hope as he started to pull back the sheet covering her nakedness, but a new voice entered the room.

"Brooklyn…"  The growl in Demona's voice was familiar.  Trini glanced over in hope that it was her mate, but the black clad female dashed those hopes.  Trini just turned away, as if uninterested in what they decided to do to her body.

"You were complaining that the captain was keeping her all to herself too."  Brooklyn spoke quickly as Demona advanced on him with burning eyes.  "I'll let you go first if you keep this quiet."

Trini flinched at his words and didn't see how that made Demona's eyes burn brighter.  The blue female slammed Brooklyn against the wall hard with her fist, knocking him out.

"Trini?"  Demona spoke with some urgency, so Trini turned to look at the dark clad woman, and was surprised to see concern in those eyes.  She watched Demona noticing the chains the dipped below the end of the bed and then those burning eyes glanced at the hands being held above Trini's head.

Demona moved to Brooklyn's unconscious body and grabbed the keys sitting on his belt.  "Are the keys to those chains on this?"

Trini's eyes widened at that question.  Was someone finally going to undo these chains?  "He at least has the keys for the leg chains.  He put them on."

Demona walked to the end of the bed and flipped the sheet up to expose Trini's feet and the locks being used to keep her legs spread.  Trini stared at her, wondering what the female wanted from her.  Was she going to be better off in her care?  Or was she just being taken away for more abuse?  She noticed the tightly clenched jaw of the blue female as she worked to release Trini's legs.  Once the leg chains were undone, Trini could hear the sound of chains falling to the ground, and her heart started to pound as another time she heard that sound came to her mind.

Trini was scrambling away from Demona a bit, by pushing her feet along the bed until she was almost able to sit.  "The captain didn't tell you that you could have me did she?"  Trini's voice cracked.  "Because she'll get made if anyone takes me without her permission."  She tried to sound strong, but she couldn't, just couldn't be raped by a woman with her mate's face.  She had no idea how Demona could have been able to deal with it.

Demona looked like Trini had slapped her, and the pain in her eyes was quickly covered with anger.  "I am getting you out of here.  It's me Trini.  I'm Blue."  Trini looked away in shame and her skin went red.  Her mate had to come and see this.  In spite of her shame she felt hope, for the first time since she'd been chained next to the throne she felt hope.

Demona growled as she managed to rip the chain apart that held her to the bed.  Trini's arms were still chained to the collar on her neck, but she could move.  She could leave.  She stared into her lover's eyes for a moment, and her voice was quiet.  "I need to get dressed."  The sheet was covering her, and while Trini strongly suspect Demona knew what had happened, admitting that she was naked was hard.  Demona nodded without speaking and pulled on the chains, managing to free Trini's arms.  They'd get the collar off later, but now she could get dressed.

"We need to get out of here before the other guard comes back."  Demona spoke gently as Trini finished putting her warrior leathers back on.  Trini's muscles ached from not being able to move for so long.

Trini wasn't speaking much as she prepared.  She didn't know how to tell Demona that it was Trini's double that was in charge here, or that Trini had let her…  Trini just didn't know how to talk about this.

Marie glanced at the cabin that Demona had walked into and then back at Fox.  Fox's face held no expression as she blankly stared at the building.  She looked really serious.  Marie noticed Fox fidget, so she glanced back to see Demona and Trini walking quickly and quietly along the side of the cabin and into the woods.  Trini seemed a little stiff.  Fox glanced at Marie and started to walk towards where the other two were.  Marie followed quietly, even though everyone in black seemed to be somewhere else.

Marie was watching Trini carefully.  She'd never seen her like this.  It was strange having her be a separate person.  Trini seemed to flinch a little when she saw Fox was there, and her eyes widened in shock when Marie stepped out of the bushes.

"We need to get some distance."  Fox spoke in a matter of fact way.  Trini just nodded.  Marie didn't think that Trini was that quiet.  Marie's eyes traveled over Trini's body and notice a few scratches on her shoulders, but it didn't look bad.  Why did she block Marie out?  Marie still couldn't feel her.

They all walked quietly and very quickly.  Fox lead the way and Demona followed after everyone.  Marie was able to stare at Trini as they moved, but she had to be careful.  Her fascination almost made her trip on a root.  Trini walked with her fists clenched.  She seemed very tense and never spoke.  Of course they all didn't speak, but something about Trini made Marie think she wouldn't speak now even if they didn’t have to be quiet.

In the distance Marie thought she heard a scream, but they were so far away she couldn’t tell.  Trini must have heard it too, because her entire body tensed up and she stopped walking.  She also got suddenly pale and glanced at her mates nervously before getting a steely look in her eyes and continuing to walk.  Marie glanced back at Demona in a silent question about what the scream was about, but Demona's eyes were burning red and she was walking stiffly.  Marie decided to wait until someone else talked first before she tried talking.  She didn’t want to ruin the sneaking game.

They slowed down near a creek and the quiet chirping of birds and the soft trickle of water was so nice Marie didn't mind the silence.  She had a soft smile on her lips as she looked at the pretty greenery and the slight waterfall.  She's stopped walking without even realizing it, but that was alright because the others had stopped as well.

"This should be far enough for now."  Fox was the first to speak.  Marie noticed Demona walk around her and move to pull Trini into a hug.  Trini's arms wrapped around the female and Marie could see Trini pulled Demona very close.

Trini took a deep breath and let go of Demona to stare at Marie.  Marie gave her a shy smile, but Trini just gave her a puzzled look in return.  "Who are you?"  Trini's eyes didn't seem very friendly.  She had the same look that Demona and Fox had when she'd first met them.

"I'm Marie."  Marie tilted her head in confusion.  Trini knew what Marie looked like.

"Yes, and Marie's not real."  Trini's voice was a little harsh.  Marie looked at Fox with wide eyes, hoping that she'd help.  Trini wasn't supposed to act like this.  Trini had separated her out to meet the mates.  Why didn't she remember that?

MacBeth was sitting at the table in his bedroom reading over his will.  Trini's voice startled the silence.  "Who are you?"  She spoke in a slower voice answering the question, "I'm Marie."  MacBeth was walking over towards her and could see her expression grow angry, but she was obviously still unconscious.  "Yes, and Marie's not real."

Trini quieted down again but he remained up to stare at her.  "Marie's not real?  I'm betting that's not a dream, because I never did see any female but you at Destine Manor."  His eyes narrowed to study her.  "Of course, if you are a Weird… you must know how to appear as anyone, or anything.  They did that trick often."  He stared at her.  "What is your real story?  Because everything that I'm seeing isn't adding up."

Trini stared at the female that looked like her own gargoyle form.  There was something really unnerving about her eyes, and the way she stood.  She seemed so much younger.  Even the way she stood seemed more childlike than a female with that body really ought to.  She was pretty, of course Trini and the Weird Sisters had created that form to be pretty.

"Trini, we can talk about Marie later.  We need to talk about something else now."  Fox spoke gently and Trini tore her eyes away from Marie to pay attention.  Marie took that opportunity to step closer to the creek and sit on a large rock.  Demona moved closer to Trini and slid her hand into Trini's.  It was supposed to be a comforting gesture, but it just made Trini feel even worse.  They didn't know who had tied her up like that.  Trini hadn't told either of them that she'd been with the captain, and she didn't really want to.

Trini let go of Demona's hand and took a few more steps away from the creek and Marie.  That girl didn't need to hear about this.  She could feel her mates eyes on her back.  She ran her hands helplessly through her hair as she tried to decide what to say.  She couldn't leave the castles people here with the captain.  They weren't even real, but Trini just couldn't even let the images of her friends go through whatever the captain would come up with to punish Trini for escaping.  Focusing on the rescue and escape would be a better idea right now than letting herself feel the pain of her own self betrayal.

Trini's posture straightened up.  "She has a lot of prisoners.  We can't leave them here."  Trini wasn't even aware that her eyes took on a pleading look when she turned to stare at her mates.  "I can't let her… she's so…"  She went quiet as her mind refused to come up with the words.  Her voice was flatter, when she spoke again.  Her mates were staring at her too intensely, but she ignored it.  "I am NOT leaving them in her hands."  Trini's jaw and fists clenched as her eyes burned.

Fox took a hesitant step closer and Trini noticed Fox's questioning glance towards Demona before Fox stared into her own eyes again.  "We overheard our doubles talking.  Are you okay honey?"  Trini's body tensed.  Her mates' doubles had seen what the captain had done to her.  Before Trini could think of anything to say Fox stepped closer and wrapped her arms around Trini.  "I love you baby."  Fox spoke softly.  "I'm sorry if my double hurt you."  Trini could hear the guilt in her lover's voice, and it wasn't even her.  That other Fox didn't hurt Trini.  That Fox was a bit scary, but she hadn't hurt Trini at all.  She'd been surprisingly gentle.  Trini had to push that thought aside.

She wasn't really ready to deal with the feelings she had about what happened yet.  They were so confused and jumbled.  She thought she should feel like she'd been raped, but she didn't feel like she felt in Canada.  The captain had used her, humiliated her, but she didn't hurt her.  Trini stared down at the trail under their feet.  What was more disturbing was that it had felt good.  That monster's touch had felt good, and Trini felt like that was a betrayal of something.

"She didn't hurt me."  Trini spoke softly and squeezed Fox closer.  Demona's eyes caught Trini's.  "Neither of your doubles hurt me."  Trini added for Demona's benefit.

"Well, we did manage to get a good look at the layout of the cabins."  Demona spoke with a more hard edge.  "We should start planning the break out."  Trini released a breath she hadn't noticed she was keeping in.  She had expected that Demona would argue that those people weren't real, and that they would be better off escaping quietly.

Marie sat with her back against the rock watching Trini and the mates' talk.  They were drawing maps in the dirt and talking quietly.  She felt a little left out, but dismissed that as unimportant.  They'd found the consciousness.  Eventually Trini would come talk to her.  This feeling of wanting the dark haired female's attention was new.  Marie rarely wanted for anything, but this being ignored bothered her.  Well, if she behaved really well, and did everything they told her to do, Trini would be proud of her and would come talk to her.  Marie nodded to herself.  That's what she'd do.

She was watching Trini and Demona talk without blinking, and didn’t notice Fox until the redhead squatted down beside her.  "What are you thinking about?"  Fox asked softly.

"I want her to pay attention to me."  Marie answered honestly while watching Trini give a weak smile to Demona while talking about this mission they were planning.  Marie looked over at Fox with wide eyes.  "I want something but I don't know what it is.  I just know that she can give it to me."  Marie continued to stare, not noticed the redhead next to her studying her carefully.

"How do you feel about her?"  Fox moved to sit beside Marie while the other two seemed to be having a serious conversation.  Marie watched as Demona reached out and moved Trini's hair out of her eyes.

"I want to touch her."  Marie watched the caress Demona gave Trini and a small smile crossed her lips.  "I want her to talk to me.  I want to go gliding with her.  I want to show her what I can do now."  She turned to glance at Fox and could see Fox staring at her strangely.  "I want her to be proud of me."

"Oh, Marie…"  Fox's voice seemed to catch.  "How old are you?"

"I'm four."  Marie answered quietly and noticed a tear fall from Fox's eye.  Marie was surprised when Fox pulled her closer and held her.  Fox petted her hair.

"Oh, baby… I should have seen it earlier."  Fox rocked her a little.  It was the first time that either mate had really touched her.  The first time that Marie felt like either of them really even noticed her.  It felt nice.

Trini studied the map they'd drawn again, rather than look up at the staring female.  Marie's constant stares were unnerving, and Trini didn't know what to think about it.  Apparently Marie had been created to keep Fox and Demona out of harms way when they appeared, and Trini had no idea how she did that, or if she even did.  After her last double, Trini was leery of trusting this one.

"What are you thinking about?"  Demona spoke softly.  Trini glanced up at her mate and could see the concern that Demona was not trying to hide.

"Thank you for finding me."  Trini glanced at the ring on her gargoyle mate's talon, and thought about Fox's whispered confirmation that Demona had actually put it on, so that she could come into the dream realm and stay more than a few minutes.  She did that in spite of her hatred and distrust of the Weird Sisters and anything that had to do with them.  "I'm sorry I got captured.  I wasn't looking around enough.  I wasn't careful enough."  Trini swallowed hard and stared back down at the dirt.

"MacBeth thinks I'm coming alone."  Trini glanced up at the serious tone in Demona's voice.  "I had planned to come alone, but Fox was very insistent."  Demona's eyes softened.  "I will be careful.  He'll never get a chance to kill me."  Trini gave Demona a weak smile and the gargoyle reached out to caress her cheek lovingly.  Tears started to come to Trini's eyes.

"What's wrong Trini."  Demona stared at Trini, and Trini could see Demona was just waiting for Trini to tell her.  She already knew.

After swallowing hard Trini stared at Demona's knee, rather than her face.  "Nothing."  Trini lied softly.  She didn't want to discuss this now.

Demona's eyes burned.  "Talk to me."  It held a command in it.

Trini looked up at Demona.  Her voice was very quiet.  "She took me.  She threatened to pass me around if I didn't let her."  Trini's skin reddened, but she wasn't going to lie to her mate, even though this was humiliating.  Some of the captain's words about trust did get to her.  She needed to be able to trust her loved ones.  "Her touch… felt good, and I feel like a freak for liking that."  Trini swallowed hard and stared down at the dirt.

Demona's eyes blazed red, and her hands clenched.  Trini could almost feel the anger coming off of her gargoyle mate and just waited, with her head down, for that anger to be unleashed at her.  She deserved this, she shouldn't have… it was too perverted.  She never should have wanted it, for even a second.  The extended silence from Demona made Trini more nervous.

Demona's voice held an angry growl that made Trini flinch.  "I'm going to kill her."  Trini glanced up in alarm.  What would happen to her if a part of her died?  Before she had a chance to protest Demona spoke, "I… I need a minute."  And Trini watched with a heavy heart as her mate fled from her presence.

Marie was happily talking with Fox.  She looked up and saw Trini was alone, and looked miserable.  "Trini?"  She asked softly and that brought Fox's attention back to the dark haired female.  Fox's face immediately became concerned and she got up to go to Trini.  Marie shyly followed, making sure not to get too close, even though she wanted to.  She was waiting for the consciousness to want to see her.

"Trini, what's wrong?  Where's Demona?"  Fox's voice was gentle, but not as gentle as it was when talking with Marie.  Marie moved to sit on a boulder not too far away, so that she would be able to hear what was going on.  She watched some tears travel down Trini's cheeks and felt uncomfortable.

Trini's voice was tight and she barely looked up at Fox.  "I told her what happened to me and she ran away."  Fox moved forward to pull Trini into her arms and that just made Trini's tearful voice harder to understand.  "She thinks I'm a freak."  Trini gripped Fox tighter and Marie noticed Fox's brief grimace of pain at the strength Trini used.  "The captain… used me, and… it felt good.  I told Blue that and she can't even look at me."

"Oh Trini."  Fox squeezed Trini tighter and Marie looked at the dark haired female in confusion.  What did being used mean?  It must be bad, if it upset Trini like this.  "Trini, she'd know how to please you.  You shouldn't feel ashamed about that."  Trini felt Fox pull away a little and then the gentle touch under her chin as the fey made her look up into tender and concerned eyes.

"Demona wants to kill her, but she's a part of me."  Marie's eyes widened.  Killing the captain would be very bad.  Demona knew that, why would she say something like that?  Marie glanced around and started off in the direction that Demona must have gone.  The other two were so busy that they didn't notice Marie leave.  Marie needed to make sure Demona understood that hurting the captain would be a big mistake.

Marie was surprised when she found Demona.  The gargoyle was hugging herself and there were tears on her face.  "Demona?"  Marie spoke quietly, surprised to find the strong female alone crying.  She noticed Demona's back stiffened when she spoke.

"Get out of here!  Go back to Fox."  Demona snapped at her.

"No, something's wrong."  Marie stepped closer.  Demona's eyes turned to her and Marie could swear she saw shock on the gargoyle's face.  Marie took another hesitant step.  "Do you want me to hold you?"  That's what Fox did when Trini was upset, and Marie felt bad seeing this mate in pain.

The way Demona started to stare at Marie while wiping the tears from her face made Marie uncomfortable.  Demona seemed to be trying to stare into her soul.  "No, I'm fine."  Demona's voice was a little less angry.

Marie took another step closer and stood close enough to reach out and touch the other female, but she didn't.  "What's wrong?  Trini's crying too."  She stared into the glowing red eyes and spoke more softly.  "You know you can't hurt the captain right?  You'll hurt us if you do that."

The glowing eyes grew redder as Demona glared at Marie.  "I know that!  She hurt my mate and I can't do anything!  It's worse when they make you enjoy it.  It rips you apart with guilt, and she did that to MY MATE."  Demona's voice started to rise, but they were far enough from where Marie left the others that they shouldn't hear it.

Marie's eyes widened in shock when Demona told her that.  Her voice was quiet with her shock.  "That can't be right.  Why would she hurt the consciousness?  We need her."  Marie paled, but that quickly faded along with her shock.  "It's a misunderstanding.  We would never hurt her."  Marie felt better after she said that.  Demona just misunderstood what Trini said.

Demona's angry growl made Marie turn to stare at her.  Why was she getting mad at Marie now?  "No, it's not a misunderstanding.  I saw Trini, I went in there and had to get her.  She was scared, chained up, and almost resigned to the fact that more people would be raping her."  Demona growled out the next words, "Of course you probably won't even remember I said any of this in a few minutes.  You live in a dream world and have no idea what sort of hell Trini really goes through!"

"No, Trini's happy."  Marie protested.  She didn't understand the accusations.  She knew Trini did hide some things from her, but nothing that bad.

"You are a real piece of work, you know that?!"  Demona's words were hurled with the intention of hurting and Marie's eyes widened in surprise.  "Trini isn't happy!  If she were she wouldn't have a double that tries to HURT her."

Marie didn't know what to say at that, but Demona never gave her the chance to say anything.  "Get out of here."  Demona spoke wearily and turned to ignore Marie.  Marie took a deep breath and started to walk away, back towards Trini.

"I wasn't trying to hurt her."  A voice, so like Trini's but colder shocked Marie and she turned towards it to find a pale version of Trini.  "But she doesn't see that.  I need her to come back to me, so I'm afraid I'm taking you prisoner."  The captain moved so fast Marie didn't even realize what happened until the female was behind her and holding a knife to her throat.

"I take all the pain."  The captain spoke to Marie after it became clear that Marie wasn't going to try and fight.  "I take all the scars that life gives us, and Trini doesn't appreciate me at all.  I protect you both and Trini hates me."  Marie had to start walking when the captain pushed her forward towards the path.  "Don't even try to escape."

Marie almost stumbled, but the captain kept her from falling and Marie glanced at her to see… concern?  "I left a note.  They'll know where you are."

Trini glanced around for Marie when a sudden feeling of dread hit her.  "Where's Marie?"  Trini spoke quickly when she saw no evidence of the female.  Fox's concern was even more disturbing.  She glanced around and looked a bit panicked when she didn't see the female.

"Marie?!"  Fox called out and then turned to Trini when no response came their way.

Trini pulled Fox closer and stared into her mate's eyes intensely.  Fox was over-reacting to the female's disappearance.  Why would she do that when she never over-reacted to anything?  "You trusted us to take care of her."  Fox started to explain and Trini could see Fox's guilt in her eyes.  "You sent the most vulnerable part of your soul to us to protect."

"What are you talking about?"  Trini asked, but she had a sinking feeling that she might already know.

"Your innocence is inside of Marie."  Fox answered while starting down the main path that Demona had fled down earlier.  Trini just helplessly followed, wondering how that even still existed.

They called for Marie and Demona, but there were no answers and Trini was starting to get really worried.  Her eyes noticed the sheet of paper stuck to the tree and she moved quickly to it, knowing it wasn't there when they first walked past.  Her own handwriting stared back at her and Trini whispered, "shit." before even reading a word.  She knew who had Marie now.

While she was reading Demona came out of the bushes and gave Fox a questioning look, which the red head didn't respond to.  Trini spoke up without looking over at Demona.  She couldn't deal with her mate's disgust right now.  "The captain took Marie."  If Marie was Trini's innocence, Trini was feeling sick at what she imagined the captain would do to her.  She didn't see the look of guilt on Demona's face, because she couldn't make herself look at the gargoyle.  She glanced at Fox and noticed the dangerous glint in that lover's eyes.  "She wants me back."  Trini took a deep breath.

"No, you aren't going anywhere near her again."  Demona snapped at Trini.  "I don't want you in that monster's hands."

Trini stared down at the ground.  "I'm going.  I don't have another choice."  She sighed and added more quietly.

Demona stood still and stared after Trini in a bit of shock.  Fox glared at Demona as she walked past her to get to Trini.  "You can't just march in there, you'll never get out."

"It doesn't really matter."  Trini took a deep breath to push away tears of frustration.  "If the captain hurts Marie, I'm dead anyhow, aren't I?  Whatever survives wouldn't be me."  Her breath caught.  "Neither of you would want that monster for a mate.  I can't risk becoming that full time."  Her voice was just a whisper.

"Trini…"  Demona's voice held a plea, so Trini managed to reluctantly look over at her gargoyle mate.  "I don't hate you, I don't blame you."  Demona took a few steps closer to Trini and Fox moved out of the way so she could.  "She did that to you."

Trini took a deep breath and just stared into her lover's eyes.  Her voice was weak when she spoke.  "I'm finally beginning to understand what she wants."  Trini stared down at the path under her feet.  The way Demona was actively hating the captain made Trini realize that even if she didn't care for that part of herself, it was still there.  Having Demona pushing the blame onto the captain didn't make Trini feel any less to blame.  "She's a part of me.  I did that to myself."

Fox's voice interrupted the silence from Demona.  "So do we have a plan?  I'm thinking Marie isn't going to be able to keep quiet about our being here.  The captain is going to know you have backup."

Trini looked up at both lovers.  "I can't come up with the plan.  She knows me too well."  She thought for a moment about the note.  "I'm betting she's going to be in the throne room.  There will be some prisoners and some of her people around, the ones that are doubles of the people I know or care about.  She wants to humiliate me."  Trini's eyes hardened as she visualized the imagined scene.  "She wants everyone to know that I'm her pet.

Marie smiled shyly at the captain and noticed a slightly surprised look on the captain's face as Marie quickly moved to sit by her feet.  Marie looked around at the doubles in the throne room.  They had a Fox, Demona, Angela, Brooklyn, Broadway, and a few others that Marie didn't know.  When the pale hand started to pet her hair Marie scooted closer to make it easier for her.  The captain paid attention to her.  It felt nice to be touched like this.

The captain's petting didn't stop but commands were still flung out for someone to obey.  "I need the gargoyles and the humans I had in here earlier."  When the others moved to do that, and others continued to prepare for the celebration, the captain moved lean closer and spoke quietly to Marie.  "Do you want a chair?  I know the ground is cold."  Marie looked around, but there weren't any other chairs she could pull over here.  The captain spoke louder to get Broadway's attention.  "Get Marie a chair."  Her smile was just a little off, but Marie watched the captain speak to herself.  "I have plans for someone else to take the floor."

Marie just watched as everyone moved around quickly to prepare for Trini's visit.  They sat out a table with juice and snacks along one wall.  Marie was surprised when six people were brought in and chained to the other wall, forcing them to sit on the cold floor, and three of them were naked.  Marie blushed very red and got up from her chair.  She didn’t see the captain watching her carefully as she moved to grab some of the tablecloths before moving towards the naked gargoyles.  The chained Demona was watching her warily.  Marie just smiled softly and handed each one of them some cloth.  Goliath wrapped it around his body like a skirt, but the females took theirs and wrapped higher to cover their breasts as well.

Marie then turned to see the captain staring at her and gave that female a disapproving look.  It wasn't nice to chain these people up, and leaving them naked wasn't nice either.

Marie didn't say anything about it when she got closer to her chair, which was right next to the captain's and sat down.  "What does being used mean?"  Marie asked the captain innocently.

         "Where did you hear that?"

Marie tilted her head.  "Trini said you used her, but she liked it.  If she liked it, why did it make her cry?"  Marie could see the captain thinking about her answer.

"You are too young to hear about such things."  The captain finally spoke.

"Captain, the guards report seeing Trinity coming this way."  The dark Demona spoke as she walked towards them.

Marie went quiet as the captain spoke.  "Is she alone?"  Demona nodded and the captain grimaced.  "Keep the guards on alert.  Fox and Demona are still out there."

"Marie."  The captain turned to her and spoke with a command.  "Stay in the chair and don't do what Trini tells you to.  She's confused, and I need to help her.  You need to do what I tell you to so that I can."  Marie just nodded slowly, feeling a bit confused.  Trini seemed sad or sometimes angry and suspicious, but she didn't seem confused.  Of course, she did say that the captain hurt her, and that couldn't be true, so maybe that is why she's confused.

Trini's heart was beating very quickly as she approached the largest cabin and entered it.  The dark clad guards at the door let her pass easily and Trini didn't like that they remained behind her.  This was a one way door, she knew that.  The captain was sitting on her throne with one leg up on the seat with her as she leaned on the arm rather than the back.  It was a seductive pose.  Next to her in a chair sat Marie.  Trini clenched her fists and continued to walk closer, while very aware of all the eyes on her and the sudden silence in the room.

"I'm here.  You can let her go now."  Trini said as she stopped a few feet in front of the throne.  Her voice got quieter, just for the two in front of her.  "Why are you doing this?"

The captain's eyes hardened.  "First, where did you leave your lovers?"

Trini looked down at the ground in front of the throne, and at the hook in the ground that she was sure her own collar would be attached to soon.  "Demona woke up, but Fox is still out there.  I told her to not tell me where she is or where she's going."  Trini swallowed.  "I don't want her to see you."

Trini looked up to see the captain's eyes starting to glow red.  "Still ashamed of me?  I hear you were crying rape.  Kinda hard to claim that when you beg for it, and I still have witnesses to say that you did."  The captain glanced over at the dark clad Demona and Trini's eyes briefly followed to see the tense female standing quietly beside the prisoners.  Trini tore her eyes away because of her shame.

"Why did you even do that?"  Trini clenched her fists tighter as her own eyes burned.

"You only sleep with people you love."  The captain's face gave away no emotions.  "If I take you enough times maybe you'll learn how to love me.  Your self hatred is ripping us apart and not so slowly destroying us.  I do what I have to do to keep us alive."  Trini started to open her mouth but the glare the captain gave her and the following glance to Marie kept her quiet.  "You started blaming me for things at a very young age.  You blamed me because I couldn't stop the doctors.  I fought as hard as my little child's body could.  You blame me for every time that mother hit me, but I never did anything wrong to deserve it.  I was just being what I am.  I could go on forever with the list of crimes you lay at my feet."  The captain's blank expression gave way to anger.  "But you never see what else I do.  I protect Marie, by doing all the nasty stuff without her.  I protect us and other people and I have what it takes to do that.  Without me your dead body wouldn't have had the will to crawl over to the bed and free Demona.  I did that.  I killed the men that hurt her… and I enjoyed it, because they were the true monsters.  You blame me for not fighting sooner, for not fighting harder, for not killing them all so that Fox didn't have to get involved.  I constantly hear… Not Good Enough, Too Late, and lately… Too Violent."

The Fox double moved forward and clicked the chain through Trini's collar and Trini was forced to sit at her place by the captain's feet.  "I decided that I'd had enough.  If you don't wake up to reality, I'm taking over the body."  The captain moved to sit in the throne the proper way and patted her thigh, telling Trini to move to her position as pet.  Trini gritted her teeth and did it.  Her skin went red in shame, but she did it.  "And I'm taking Delilah.  Lex isn't strong enough for her.  I want her."  Trini flinched at that comment, forcing herself not to glance over at the prisoners and the blue female guarding them.  "She is so sweet, so tender, and so very interested.  Really, Trini… all you ever had to do to get her is ask.  She's always been yours for the asking."

"Leave her alone."  Trini couldn't stop the comment.  Having this female talk about Delilah that way was so wrong.

"Oh, I forgot, you are still pretending you don't feel it."  The captain pulled Trini's head flush with her thigh by pulling hard on Trini's hair.  "That you don't enjoy being the center of someone's universe.  Fox has her family, and Demona has her hatred… and while they may say they love you, they don't love you more than that.  Delilah loves you more than anything else.  You may very well be her first love.  Does it really matter where that love comes from?  Hero worship, pheromones… friendship, whereever it came from, it's there."  The captain's voice became flirtatious; "Of course I could bypass the clone, if you make it worth it."  Trini moved to stare up at the captain and she wasn't stopped from doing that.  The captain spoke more quietly.  "You are talented.  Show these people how talented you are."  The captain moved forward in her chair and Trini knew what she wanted, a public display of ownership.

Trini glanced over at Marie, who was watching everything in quiet fascination.  "She really shouldn't be here for this."  Trini spoke quietly, hoping that the captain would see it her way.  A wave of the captain's hand and Angela stepped forward to take Marie out of the room.  Trini moved slowly to kneel between the captain's legs, while her skin burned red.

"Come on Trini, you know you like an audience."  The captain smirked at Trini while pushing her loincloth out of the way so that she exposed her sex to anyone in the room that was watching.  "Put that mouth to good use."

The nervous murmurs in the room went ignored as Trini shuddered a little before leaning forward to place a kiss on her doubles thigh.  She then leaned forward to do as she was told.  She'd do anything to protect her mates, and if they didn't love her after this, at least they would be alive and undamaged.  She could feel Demona's angry glare as she started to lean in towards her double's sex.

The sudden jerking of the captain's body had nothing to do with pleasure, since Trini hadn't gotten to touching her yet and Trini pulled back to see Demona, dressed in her dark outfit, glaring at the captain.  The captain was slumped on the throne, unconscious from the blow to the head.  "Bitch."  Demona hissed.  The noise of a battle behind Trini only made her newly acquired headache worse.   She reached up to rub at her temples, trusting the prisoners and Fox could take out the smaller dark clad group that was in the throne room.  The prisoners that were supposedly chained to the wall were fighting, and the healer was actually Fox.  The captain's forces fell quickly, but Trini didn't turn around.  She just stared at the unconscious body of her double, while Demona stared at her.
"Trini?  Your head hurts?"  Demona moved around to the front of the throne and squatted beside her.  Trini grimaced.

"Yes, you hit her really hard."  Trini groaned a little as she moved away from her place between the captain's thighs.  She knew Demona had hit harder than was needed, because Trini was being used again.  It probably took everything the gargoyle had to not kill the captain.  Still, Trini had to distract the captain so that someone could get close enough to hurt her.  That force field the captain could make would have ruined everything if she saw the attack coming.

Trini turned to see the dark clad warriors were all unconscious or in custody.  Delilah's tablecloth turned tunic was on the ground, and the castle's Demona was working on putting hers back on.  Goliath was thankfully still covered.  She didn't want her gargoyle lover missing him, or parts of him.

"Cover yourself!"  Trini's Demona snarled at Delilah when the gargoyle seemed more worried about making sure the enemy's Fox was down for the count than in her nakedness.  Trini glanced up at Demona and could see her eyes burning as the gargoyle looked between Trini and Delilah.  Trini sighed heavily as she noticed insecurities that she'd thought were gone from Demona.  The captain's open appreciation of Delilah must have upset Demona.  Trini never admitted to anyone that she did feel a little attracted to her best friend.  The captain made it sound much more serious than it really was.  Trini wouldn't pursue a relationship with Delilah.  Trini had two mates and Lex was a good male for her friend, a nice monogamous male.  Delilah deserved to be the center of someone else's universe, and Trini couldn't do that for her.

Trini watched as Demona chained her double to the throne that the captain had stolen from the castle.  The captain was gagged and glaring at Trini's gargoyle mate.  The prisoners the captain got from the castle were preparing the boats for departure.  Trini was starting to feel really uneasy about this.  Once Demona finished with the chains she turned to Trini.  "We can go now."

"I want to talk to her alone."  Trini spoke with no real expression on her face as she stepped closer to the captain.  Demona was so mad at the captain Trini knew this was going to be a battle.  "I'm not leaving until I speak with her."  her eyes became pleading and her voice got softer, "I need to do this."

"Alright."  Demona glared at the bound female and turned to leave.  "I'll meet you by the docks."

Trini waited until she heard her mate leave.  She glanced around, and could see that the captain and her were the last ones there.  The other dark clad prisoners were taken to the prison cells.  One would be let lose to free the others after the boats were underway.  Demona and the clans Goliath had agreed that they would take all the boats away from the island, effectively stranding these people.  And while the others weren't real and would probably fade away, Trini knew her double would be trapped if that happened.  She didn't really like that plan.

She stepped closer and took the gag out of her double's mouth.  She didn't speak as she made a decision that she prayed she wouldn't regret.  Her gargoyle mate's anger was too strong for Trini to confront her on this topic, so she was just going to do it.  "You need to pretend to still be tied up."  Trini said as she worked quickly to unlock the chains with the spare set of keys that the dark clad Brooklyn had possessed.  Trini had taken them from him when no one was looking.

"Why are you doing this?"  The captain stared at her so intensely that Trini wondered if the captain was reading her mind.  Somehow the split that made them three people here, kept them from doing that.

Trini sighed.  "I can't do this to you.  I can't just leave you here defenseless and alone."  She stared down for a moment, thinking of all this double had done.  After the last chain came undone, Trini leaned forward and stared into her double's surprised eyes.  "Don't make me regret this."

"Pity is a long way from love."  The captain spat out angrily.

"You're right, and I'll try to learn to love you, but it may take time."  Trini got up and started for the door.

"Why?"  The captain called after her.

Trini sighed deeply.  "Because I finally see that you do more good than you do harm."  Trini kept walking out the building, not wanting Demona to come back to get her.  She'd tell her mates what she'd done after they left.  It was just easier this way.  Demona would argue with her, but Trini didn't want to remind her lover yet again that the captain was a part of her.

Marie stood on the boat, wishing that they could glide across instead.  When Trini stepped on board the boat started to sail.  Fox and Demona sat beside Marie, while Trini stood and stared quietly back at the island.  There were other humans on this boat but they were giving the ones that freed them some privacy.  Marie glanced back at the island also, wondering what was going to happen to the captain.  She'd been nice to Marie.

"I let her go, and I left a boat for her."  Trini spoke suddenly when they were halfway across to the other shore.  The mates were both starting to fade, or wake up.  "Please Fox, don't let Demona come to MacBeth's"  Trini added right before the mates faded out entirely.  Demona didn’t look very happy at all with what Trini did and her plea to Fox.

Marie smiled a little at Trini.  "I'm glad you helped her."

MacBeth stood at the windows looking out at the night sky.  Trini groaned and slowly opened her eyes.  The bright light in the bedroom took a little time to adjust to.  It was a large bedroom and she felt around.  She released a sigh of relief to find herself still fully dressed.  She felt a bit stronger than she had the first time she'd woken up from iron poisoning, but she decided it would be better to fake feeling worse than she did.  She didn't want him putting her back in the iron cell, because it made her sick.  She still wasn't strong enough to take him in a fight.

"Can I have water?"  Her voice was raspy and he seemed startled as he turned to look at her.  Trini could see he looked tired and took some satisfaction in that.  Her own skin looked pale, and she noticed that the rash on her hand was pink instead of angry red, but it was still there.  It might take days for it to go away.
